On vacation and my adult sons had to hit a dollar oyster place. They both loved the oysters they got here and I loved the fact they were a buck not the regular $2.75 each. Still had an expensive meal. I had the Kobe burger ($20) and wife had some other dinner. Service was fair, a little to the slow... More

Went there last week with husband and daughter. First look online didnt know they were not kids friendly. They dont have highchairs and what hostess suggested was sitting us on benches in front of bar. Waitress was accomodating, but if we had known we wouldnt had choosen to go there. My husband had the steak for $34 which is a... More

The Port has $1 oysters from 4:00 Their creative bartenders will make whatever you dream up to quench your thirst, especially after a day at the beach and with the big screen tv's you can catch up on the Red Sox!

In addition to a good dining experience, The Port offers a good raw bar (get there at 5 pm for good offerings). It is somewhat pricey, but everyone in our party of 5 enjoyed our respective dinners. The waitstaff was knowledgeable and provided good service. The Port is not necessarily a 'Special Occasions' place but we think it is one... More

The Port is expensive as stated in other reviews, but we thought it was worth it. My husband and I stopped in for a quick meal at the bar. We both had the halibut - pistachio encrusted for me and pan-seared for him. The pistachio encrusted was a bit dry, but overall very good. The pan seared was delicious. Compared... More

First off, the prices on the online menu are at least ten dollars less. Second, their recommended "local favorite," the pistachio encrusted halibut with coconut rice, was nothing more than completely unseasoned fried white fish accompanied by soggy pudding-like white rice. Highly disappointed for a 34$ meal not worth a penny over 20 bucks, being generous. Finally, I find it... More

There is not a dish on this menu that should be priced over 24$, not 34$ which is the average cost for entrees. Their signature dish, encrusted halibut with rice, was nothing more than a piece of fried fish and unseasoned, milky, white rice. When a patron says they were disappointed in response to how was your meal, one should... More

I don't complain my much, but I had to write a review for this restaurant. Expect extremely salty entrees and appetizers. In addition, it is over priced. Totally not worth your hard earned money.

I had heard about the $1 happy-hour oysters and was a little skeptical. But I went on the recommendation of a local and wasn't disappointed. They were Chatham oysters and they made nice salty snacks to accompany a local beer or nice white wine.

Just grabbed drinks and a flatbread with a friend the other day. Food is pretty pricey, but then again you are on the main thoroughfare in Harwichport. Flatbread was pretty average for a $14 starter, but drinks were priced based on a fair local average. It's a loud restaurant, but with the "buzz" that many popular Cape restaurants possess. I...
