Absolutely nothing special here. we had pizza, spaghetti, etc., standard fare, and I would not have chosen this if it had been my choice. Automatic 18% tip by the way.

Waited 45 minutes to a very noisy restaurant and rude waitress. Margaret just wasn't in the mood to serve us. 2 adults and my 3 grand kids. The wedge was great! Big enough to share Mozzarella sticks were yum. The pizza was really good and so was the hamburger. But Margaret didn't give us a break.

This place is packed every night of the week. Luckily we had a party of 7 so we were able to make a reservation (they take reservations for parties of 6 or more). Otherwise you can plan on waiting 1-2 hours most nights. The outside fire pit is so cool, love the atmosphere of the entire place. We sat inside... More

Seated fast, thought that was great, downhill from there. Service was poor, ignored for the first ten minutes, no water. Once arrived, snippy attitude. The wings looked like something from a package, the meatball pizza was burnt and should have been called the onion special. Once was enough.

If I could give this less than one star I would. Can you give negative stars? The service was horrible and the food mediocre at best. Also, my bill contained extra charges and when I questioned it with the manager, he threatened to call the police (seriously). This was all in front of my family. I was horrified. I would... More

After reading a lot of reviews, we were unsure we wanted to come here because everyone said the pizza was burnt. However, we were both craving pizzas so decided to give it a shot. We got seated outside immediately (2 people at 5:15 PM), but when we were leaving at 6:45 PM, wait time was 2 hours for 4 people... More

First thing to know about Ember is it is a coal-fired oven, so your crust will be blackened -- if you don't like that, don't bother. Second, expect to wait -- but if you wait inside you can grab a table near the bar if it opens up. We had house salad & bread sticks as appetizers -- excellent salad... More

Ember looks great from afar and attracts large group, so I anticipated a long wait, but for just 2 of us, they sat us right away. The service was ok, beer, nachos and pizza were ok, the atmosphere was loud and crowded inside. Nice to try, but I doubt we'll go again.

Hostess is clueless and rude (is a smile out of the question when you are telling someone they are going to be waiting 1:45)? We started talking to another family that came in after us. After about 20 minutes we see the hostess about to see them. The man said they were actually before us. The hostess checked and said... More

It is really too bad that Embers food is not good. It is a great spot with wonderful outdoor seating and large screen t.v., but please find someone who really knows about making pizza (their biggest seller). Even with sub par food it is usually busy, imagine if the food improved!
