No kids menu or lidded cups, chips were burnt, told they were all like that. Flour tortillas for fajitas were crusty and old. We've been here before in the old location, it was always excellent. We won't go again. Bummed.

We recently took our family to Andale for dinner. We do agree with previous reviewers that the food was better at their last location. The last location had much more character too, but I can see why they wanted to move-for more foot traffic. The service was good. It is very basic decent Mexican food. The best part of the... More

Unfortunately, I am joining the chorus of reviewers reporting that this place has gone downhill. We were never regulars, but would get takeout now and then. The burritos were reliable -- not mind-blowing, but good and a decent value. We had not gotten takeout from them in 6 months or so, so tonight we decided to give Andale a try.... More

My wife and i have been eating at Andale's for year's. In the origional location the food was tremendous. We would eat there at least 10 times a year. We like the location of the new Andale's, However, the food quality has dropped dramatically. It seems like they are not putting any effort into creating quality food. The Steak Burrito... More

When he was in Harwich Center, it was great. The original was within walking distance of our home. We went there many times. Then he moved to a new location in Harwich Port. I do not know what he changed, but the selection of food went way down. His drink menu also changed. He used to have a top quality... More

It wasn't so bad at the other location but our dinner tonight was awful!!! I can't find one nice thing to say. Greasy tacos, strange enchilada sauce and something horrible that my husband bit into and almost broke his tooth.....(shudder). Place is dirty...hope we don't get sick :(

Who doesn't love Mexican food...? Especially good Mexcian food which is hard to find around these parts unless you like salsa that resembles stewed tomatoes mixed with ketchup. So, it was great to hear that Andales in Harwich (which was formally the incredible Mexcian eatery called Ay Carumba! - "Ay Carum" for short) had jumped into a new location. We... More

I had been to their other location many times and had to look up their new location. It is much worse of a location than before. I ordered a margarita that wasn't it any way special. I was the only person in the restaurant at 12:15 pm. I had to flag down the waiter to ask if they no longer... More

Ate here last night, 2 chicken tacos please with rice and beans.....Waitress looked at me like I was from another planet...food came, two wet pitas with cubes of chicken on them, no onion, no tomato, no sour cream.....really odd place...I just ate and left...by the way, I got that same blank stare when I asked what king of soup they... My wife & I tried this new "Mexican" style restaurant Andale Cafe in July of 2013. It was filled when we got there but the wait was short. The service was friendly-when someone was around but the food was terrible. We like all types of food and Mexican is one of our favorites. The food was bland, uncharacteristic of Mexican... More
