Casual atmosphere, serious seafood.

You order at the register, sit down indoors or out at a picnic table, and wait to be called. It's all about fresh seafood here, casual, family friendly, and the food never disappoints. When lobster bisque is in season, try it. Clam chowder is always in season; try it. Fish and Chips are always... read more

Went to Pete's with my daughter...we had a calamari basket & a haddock dinner (which was their Friday special). The calamari was as good as I have had...cooked perfectly. The haddock was good too! They have a very light batter--excellent. The dinner included tasty coleslaw and way too many french fries. With two large sodas this came to $23!

I love eating at Pete's Fish Market. Such fresh fish (& a range of possibilities) & so well cooked. My daughter has sometimes opted for a burger (!) & says it's one of the best burgers ever! Not bad for a fish place. I always have fish & it is always excellent. The soups are excellent, as is the cole... More

I live next to the ocean and this is the freshest and best fish sandwich that I have had in some time. The price is great and the portions are generous. Worth the trip and I would call this the best restaurant in Greenfield. It is very casual--picnic tables and cafeteria style but great food. they do have beer available... More

I loved the clam strips and onion rings. The eating area isn't the best but if the weather is good, you can eat outside. We went twice and the first time, our food was piping hot and seemed as though it was made just for us. The second time the onion rings and sweet potato fries seemed like they were... More

This is an outstanding place to get a high quality seafood meal at a very good price. We had the combo platter of haddock, whole belly clams, scallops, and fries. It is the most expensive item on the menu but more than enough for 2 people. Add a salad from their cold case..it is fresh and big. The seafood is... More

No frills, order your food, standing up, daily specials, beer on tap and bottle. FRESH seafood, done just right. Fried oysters last Saturday, some of the best I have ever eaten! Large area to eat on picnic tables, both inside and out. Bus your own dishes, a real no frills place, but you cannot beat the seafood. Give it a... More

Pete's Seafood in Greenfield is a no frills seafood shack in the great New England tradition. You order at the counter, claim a spot in the spartan dining room, and fetch your food when called. What matters here is the seafood, and Pete's delivers consistently fresh seafood with traditional sides like french fries and cole slaw. On a recent trip... More
