We had a great breakfast here. Simple food well prepared. The waitress was friendly and competent and the place was clean. A perfect end to our visit.

Locals go there and Gloucester is a breakfast town. Variety of breads and interesting egg preparation. Never served a bad breakfast.

Two sisters is a little breakfast joint with a friendly local atmosphere and delicious food. All the bread is homemade, the omelets are inspired and the homefries (with peppers and onions) are yummy. Oh and they have great iced coffee. Bring cash and your own newspaper,

Go early (with cash!) to get a table at Two Sisters Coffee Shop, 27 Washington Street (by the Joan of Arc statue at the beginning, i.e. downtown end, of Wash. St.), my favorite breakfast place in Gloucester. The food is delicious (try the Green Giant omelet, chock-full of fresh veggies), the coffee is great, the atmosphere is cozy and bright,... More

My wife and I have been going to Gloucester for 35 years and we love this town. It's a colorful working town that revolves around the fishing industry but always has time to welcome visitors. If you are in town, Two Sisters Coffee Shop is a fine example of Gloucester welcome and color that you should not miss. It is... More

Two Sisters is a popular spot so try to go early in the morning or on a week day. Simple, clean restaurant with good food.

I don't know what else to say but it is like eating at a friends house. They remember us from visit to visit. The food is OUTSTANDING especially the sweet rolls. If this is your first trip to Gloucester make sure you stop in.

Based on other reviews on this site and others, this morning I drove over to Gloucester to have breakfast. As soon as you walk in this little hide away, you feel the welcome. I was particularly aware of this as it was just me. I had scrambled eggs, home fries that were great and thick homemade blueberry/cranberry toast, which was... More

Our first stop was at "Sugar Magnolias" around the corner but, we were ten minutes late for breakfast and they would not serve us because they had to get ready for lunch (a different story here). They told us to come here to "Two Sisters" who know customer service which Sugar Magnolias lacked and that makes a HUGE difference in... More
