It had been several years since I had been to Passports. My first and only visit all those years ago left me not wanting to go back. Primarily because it did not live upto my expectations. When I found out I was going there last weekend for a family birthday dinner, I was not looking forward to it. Well, I... More

The food is always fresh and flavorful. The servers are professional and attentive. Try the Adriatic Seafood Stew; it's healthy and light. They also have the best fish tacos in Gloucester.

Food is consistently good here; varied menu and always fresh ingredients. Everyone loves the popovers. GREAT VALUE for lunch.

Everyone gets a piping hot popover instead of bread. The portions are substantial and all menu items are hearty.

The food was very tasty. Asian ribs, duck confit, beef wellington entree, all delicious. Our server was absent at best, at worst he was a very rude and short character who clearly did not want to offer our table adequate service (for instance, we watched multiple couples come in after us and leave well before us who had the same... Their Oyster Stew just keeps calling my name! Popover and glass of wine. Any of the salads. But the stew keeps us coming back.

Delicious food-- haddock, paella both great--and one of the best creme brûlées we've ever had. Waitress friendly and efficient, casual warm atmosphere, nice wines by the glass. And not expensive for the quality of food. Gluten free menu available too. We will be back!

We visited Passports for a late lunch after a long morning of antiquing. I was desperate for a martini, but the bar serves only wine an beer. Ok, we ordered a bottle of Cotes due Rhone, which was very tasty. A nice popover was presented and it was very good. Both my wife and I has fish and chips. The... More

We went here because this restaurant was highly rated by Trip Advisor. Then we called some friends who lived in the area and invited them to join us, and they told us it was one of THEIR favorites already. The wine selection included some very nice selections at reasonable prices. We all chose entrees from a list of specials up... More

This restaurant already has a number of 5 star reviews and I just wanted to be sure and add mine! We came upon this place after just wandering town, saw good reviews, so ate here. Wow, wow, wow! So glad we did. It's quaint, friendly and 100% delicious! Not a huge place but lots of atmosphere. Wait staff were attentive... More
