Above average for sure!

We arrived in Gloucester in the midst of torrential rains, looking for a spot for drinks and casual food ... we found it at Passports on Main St. in Gloucester. Service and food was excellent!

Our first dinner in Gloucester was at Passports 15 years ago. We've been coming back ever since. We've been very happy with the food and the service each time.

This is our third visit to Gloucester, and our third visit to Passports. The menu is most enticing. Usually we get different items and share, but this time we both ordered their paella. As with all the meals we have enjoyed at Passports, this was excellent. Reservations are recommended.

Every time I go here I am not disappointed. The food is so good that I never had room for desert. This time I got the desert to go and had it later. The desert was fabulous. You cannot go wrong.

Being in a fishing community made finding fresh fish an easy task, but having a spouse who doesn't eat seafood made finding a restaurant for both of us a bit of a challenge. I was pleased to have ben sent to Pasports by our hotel. The beef was fresh and so delicious, while I was able to enjoy fresh and... More

Located on Main St.,Passovers has consistently good food. Your visit starts with a complimentary warm popover. Entrees we have tried and LOVED are hazelnut crusted haddock, beet and goat cheese salad, wasabi seared tuna, and steaks with nightly special offerings. Lately we have tried their once a month wine dinner ($40 per person). (Reservations ahead of time)It includes 4 courses,4... More

A local shop owner recommended this place to us and it was simply fantastic! Everyone loved their meal -- delicious with large portions. I can't wait to go back!

Passports is a quaint little restaurant on Main Street in Gloucester, MA. This afternoon 5 of my friends and myself got a wonderful table tucked in a corner by the window. Great for some privacy and window watching if we so chose. One of my favorite and best parts of Passports is that they start you off with a steaming... More

I ordered the seafood soup and it was absolutely fantastick, the popovers were to die for and dessert was scrumptious!!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed both our meals, a place to definitely return to!!!

For my money, this is the most reliable restaurant in Gloucester for food, ambiance, service and value. You can come here on a date, for a special celebration, a quiet solo meal with a book, to fulfill a hamburger craving, or just an ordinary meal out. Of course, Passports is known for starting you out with a hot popover, even... More
