Great coffee, lovely people

Caffe Sicilia is a must when visiting Gloucester. The owners are lovely and the patrons are equally as nice. The owners have done an amazing job building a great business here. Delicious coffee, cappuccino, pastries etc. Manga!

This is a quaint little cafe on Main Street in Gloucester. The prices are reasonable and the pastry and sweets are as good as any place in Boston's North End. The place is clean . The help was very cordial. Nice place to take a breather , sit down, chat and savor the aura of "Glousta." They have hot and... More

I enjoyed a mouth watering cannoli and espresso. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic and the place was clean. Always stop in there when I am in Gloucester. I'm so happy to have found Caffe Sicilia!

In the past, I always went to Cafe Sicilia for a espresso or cappuccino and a sfogliatelle (Italian breakfast). The sfogliatelle was usually warm (they were made in the back of the store) and crisp. Sometimes I would have 2! The store has changed hands a few years ago and now its unfortunately 'different'! The sfogliatelle is in short supply.... More

I grew up in Gloucester but moved away years ago, I come to Caffe Sicilia every time I am in town. My husband loves a particular cookie they make that I can ONLY find here. The interior looks fantastic since they redid it and expanded a few years ago. Its a must stop when in town.

Wonderful cakes and old men, looked like fishermen putting the world to rights in italian. If you want a coffee and great cakes or terrific cocktails and good food in a quaint little cafe it is worth a visit

This little café with its variety of coffees and pastries feels like a bit of Italy. I've been here often and always enjoyed it.

Great cookies and way cheaper than the cookies at the North End :-)! I go there occasionally with the kids. The Gellato is great also. The espresso is the best!
