This little café with its variety of coffees and pastries feels like a bit of Italy. I've been here often and always enjoyed it.

Great cookies and way cheaper than the cookies at the North End :-)! I go there occasionally with the kids. The Gellato is great also. The espresso is the best!

As far as authentic Italian and european style bakery items go, this is the best place I've been to since I moved to the US after 12 years in Germany. Cappuccino, croissants, and tortes are delicious!!

Just returned from Sicilia in January. Walking through Gloucester, it's clear there's a large italian population. This place did not disappoint. The cappuccino were creamy- just like in Italy. We had the " lobster tail" or sfogliatelle stuffed with light cream ( not the usual custard but very good), and a pignoli cookie. Both were wonderful! We took a small... More

I live locally and have been to Caffe Sicilia several times, both for take-out pastries and for staying to enjoy cappuccino and pastries. The cookies and assorted desserts are fine although nothing out of the ordinary. What I'm never quite satisfied with is the counter service. On a previous visit with friends we received very snippy, unpleasant assistance. On my... More

We went for bread and pastries on a Sunday morning. It felt like being in Italy! Amazing pastry case. Bread was great, too. One of the few bakeries in Gloucester open on a Sunday morning, so it was packed.

Great warm place on a cold night after a good seafood dinner. The pastry cabinet display is colorful, the young waitstaff prompt, and the food lovely. What a nice way to end a night out.

Went here with 7 other people last month, after lobster rolls at Gloucester Elks. What a way to end a great Gloucester day. We all had coffee and cannolis or cookies and thought they were great. Considering 3 out of the 4 couples were Italian, that says something!
