Excellent Food in a decent atmosphere

I started with Clam Chowder which was outstanding. The flavor was good and it had nice chunks of potato and lots of clams. The salad was basic but fresh. I had a Haddock dish with a really nice brothy sauce with mussels. Overall it was a very good meal. The server was polite and prompt.

Pleasant setting, good food. Definitely try the Bloody Mary's if you are in for a lunch/brunch or early happy hour

Late afternoon lunch. Great service - good menu. No shellfish, though. The Lobster Roll is a hot dog - sized bun STUFFED with chilled lobster. If you love lobster, you'll love it here. The crabcake sandwich was terrific.

I went there for dinner with friends. The seafood was excellent. We all got different meals and we all loved what we got. Excellent selection of local beers as well. Nice atmosphere.

I stopped by here mid-afternoon expecting to get a bowl of clam chowder (when in Maine!) but a waitperson walked by with a bowl of French Onion soup for another customer and it looked so good I couldn't resist. Actual Gruyere cheese, not mozzarella as is often the case. It was served with bread with a fabulous chopped olive spread.... More

We ate here based on other reviews and were not dissapointed. I had the Lobster roll which was stuffed full of lobster meat and the bread it was on was very good. My husband had the crab cakes and he said they were some of the best he had ever had. The rolls they brought to the table had a... More

Watch the sun rise over the Annisquam River marshes while having an excellent breakfast. The waffles are especially good.

LobstaLand is a good choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located just off Route 128, it's easy to find and an easy stop heading into or out of Gloucester. It gets busy at prime times, but the staff keeps things moving. The owners nicely renovated the bar, which attracts a loyal crew of diverse regulars. The menu is huge, lots... More
