Wonderful restaurant and Terrific Catering of our sons' graduation party

After having thoroughly enjoyed our 2 visits to the restaurant previously, we hired Ohana to cater a bash for our sons double graduation party - 1 from college, 1 from high school. Had 100+ guests over the course of a sunny afternoon in June. Ohana chefs Enx [who prepared much of the food ahead... read more

The food and drinks at Ohana were delicious but the restaurant has a very strange atmosphere. I've walked by the place a ton of times and looking in it always looks closed. I've never seen anyone sitting at the bar or at the tables on the Main St. side. When I finally went there for dinner I understood why. The... More

If this resturant was in NYC,Boston etc., you would't be able to get in with out a reservation a month ahead. I could not believe there were so few here when we went. Don't be fooled by the out side appearance, the resturant proper is in the rear and the food is wonderful. Yes, many people come to cape Ann... More

Had a great meal here. I was pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant of this quality in Gloucester (great seafood, of course is here). The flavors were noteworthy, the presentation great, and the service exceptional.

You wouldn't know it from the street view, this is an excellent restaurant that seems hidden away. The backroom is very nicely done over, the service outstanding, the food awesome. Short ribs appetizer not to be missed. Lobster penne was just perfect, if just a bit heavy. Kalbi beef dish delicious, with loads to take home and enjoy tomorrow. Bummer...no... More

from the appetizer ribs, the duck for dinner and the pineapple dessert that said happy birthday there was not one single thing that was not totally and sinfully good! the waitress was ready to explain all the different foods, she went the extra mile writing happy birthday in yummy chocolate sauce for me too! definitely worth going!

Food was delicious and very delicate. Portions were fine. Had the ribs and lobster tempura sushi roll as appetizers. Loved the bacon wrapped duck and tasty martinis. Service was very good. Can't wait to go back.

We ate here two nights in a row where we had a table in the back room and enjoyed the view of the Gloucester Harbor. The food was a delicious odyssey of tastes. On our first night, we enjoyed the tasting menu with the wine pairing, and then the second night we chose dishes off the a la carte menu.... More

Chef Enx Dadulus is a genius. His dishes include improbable combinations that are delicious. A tempura shrimp sushi roll including mushroom, asparagus, tobiko and dynamite butter. A Caesar salad like no other having not only an inimitable dressing but also an unexpected fried poached egg. Every course is fun and delicious. The wine list is interesting and moderately priced. I have to give this restaurant 5 stars as this was truly one of, if not the, best meals I've had in Gloucester, and that includes eating at Duckworth's, Passports, even the White Rainbow when it was in business. That being said, we were glad that we were eating with friends with whom we wanted to enjoy a leisurely meal... More
