We found Charlie's later in our stay and we had a couple of the best lobster rolls we've ever had in our lives! There were specials posted that they had cod cheeks, and we really wanted to try them but didn't have time to make it back. Hopefully next year!

We decided to have a late dinner here. I chose lobster quesadias which were ok. Lobster overcooked which made it stringy. Companion had clam chowder which was good not great. We did not realize they take down the table at the outside eating area when the band starts at 9. Late night crowd was fun band was really good.

This restaurant was rebuilt after a devastating fire. The food is mostly comfort food--fried seafood, family fare--and is reliable and tasty.

We visited here after morning at Good Harbour Beach. Food fresh and delicious. Good value and something on menu for everyone. Grilled chicken sandwich a must.

Charley's has been a mainstay of the area since I started visiting in the 1970's. They have redecorated and rearranged the dining room over the years, but it is basically a casual diner-style place with tables or counter service. This is the place where I've had the best lobster roll ever. On this last visit I had the fried shrimp,... More

The lobster water does need filtering. It had so the same funky taste as the drinking water...that said..lickedy split service, no salt added ...amazing for a dish joint around here!! Very knowledgable and accommodating energetic staff. Really great. Better than some of the high end joints.

Enjoyed a great dinner here this week after a few hours at Good Harbor Beach. This place is right down the road. Nice be achy family place. The fried food was crispy and clean. Kathy's haddock was very tasty and I had fried cheeks (Cod) that were out of this world! Wish we tried the sweet potato fries they looked... More

OK, so it's no frills. Feels like a diner. Don't come for the atmosphere. But if you want great food, quick friendly service, and a seat without a reservation, come here. The lobster bisque was 5 star quality at a diner price.

It was busy and we had to wait. The staff were nice and helpful but very busy. The food was satisfactory but completely unremarkable. Decent value.

This was a very friendly, good food restaurant. Reasonable prices and lots to eat on the plate. I had an asparagus omelet that was to die for.
