This place is very old and they rarely do any updates to it, but that's because they really don't have to. The food is always very good. They have a very wide selection from traditional Italian dishes to chicken, seafood and vegatarian. Also a very good kids menu.

I am a vegetarian, I had the eggplant parmesan, it was great and had 3 meals of that one dish for home. One person had fried scallops and raved about them, someone had veal parmesan, someone had chicken marsala and everyone stated how great the food was. We had been there before and have been happy with the food. The... More

I knew it would be good. Grew up in Franklin but I have spent the last 10 years in Italian food wasteland, SE Arizona. I got the fruite de mare. Scallops, shrimp and mussels in a tomato white wine sauce. Sublime - lots od seafood! I put some lemon and parmesan on to enhance. Chowder, came with the meal, outstanding.... More

Food was horrible. Service was lousy. Nachos were a step below movie theater quality. Processed liquid orange cheese covered 2 of our apps. I wish I skipped dinner instead of trying this dump. If you like sport-stadium quality food, and like to wait to get it, try this place. Otherwise, Don't go.

Another nice little place to eat with good food! Steak tips are very good, seafood is also good, staff is attentive. We found this from Groupon coupons and have been back several times.

We've been getting take out here on a consistent basis so I figured I'd write a review. The buffalo tenders are nice and moist and a good size. Not at all the skinny frozen crap other places serve. The burgers are always good too. A good size and tasty. We haven't ventured off the pub like food mentioned above mostly... More

Being a long-time resident of this area, I remember well visiting the original restaurant (the "Union Cafe") in this location and building more times than I can possibly count. It served amazingly large portions of excellent home-made Italian food for a song. We missed it horribly when it closed its doors. Seems like a million years ago that it closed... More

A 4 year resident of Franklin MA, I found myself driving down Union Street one afternoon, and happened upon the Union Street Grill. Since it was lunchtime & I hadn't ever been to the Grille before, I decided to stop in. Nice casual pub atmosphere, and friendly staff. The burgers looked fantastic, as I had the turkey club-- an excellent... More

Hidden gem on Union St in Franklin. Reasonably priced meals with a good selection of beer and wine. Staff is friendly and they have KENO also. Has a bar feel to it but dining room off to the side too.

Our hotel recommended two restaurants to us and Union St. Grille was one of them. It has more of a bar atmosphere but the food is incredible. We had the prime rib dinner and it was just as good as The Keg for half the price! Excellent meal, and surprisingly good wine. It was late in the evening, we had... More
