great ambience but weird food menu

Love the upstairs bar. Something misses with the menu however. Can't put my finger on it. Only thing that is really great is the Caesar Salad. Pizzas are OK. Beers on tap are pretty good. service has been spotty. empty during the week and mobbed on weekends

The food is reliably good here, but not sure if it is worth the price. Beer selection is not as wide as I expected. I would recommend it, but it was not outstanding in any way.

I don't feel like I just had a dinner for 2 worthy of $100! For starters the hummus that comes with the bread is not good! And I love hummus. I had filet mignon, which was very delicious! My side of asparagus was also very good! I was disappointed with my side of risotto, I would not order it again.... More

Nice atmosphere, great service and most of all great food. The focus is on comfort food and slow cooking. Tasty lamb shanks with mashed potatoes. Awesome veal short ribs with polenta. If slow cooking isn't your thing - great steaks!

There are a few things Incontro does well. Ambiance, Food, Drink. Service is generally good, but the feel of the restaurant when you walk in gives off a somewhat pretentious vibe. Prices are considerably higher than most other area restaurants, they require free valet parking on weekends (the valets are great by the way and how hard is a $3-5... More

I parke my own vehicle without a problem-- what value was valet parking?? added $ no need Ate at the bar-- but no need-- obvious no knowledge of value for customers no welcoming no explaining of the offerings no overall hospitality Shrimp cocktail -- $ 5 per shrimp what value is that -- when I sent... We had a wonderful experience here. The food was perfection, the Tiramisu was the best I have ever had and made in house, wine list was exceptional and our server, Dino, was a real professional. Dark, quieter and nicely appointed we felt welcome immediately. Made from an old Mill, the high ceilings in the entryway are spectacular so don't forget... More

This is a reliable place that we frequent because it has a good choice of options depending on whether we want pizza or a steak. We usually sit downstairs at the bar and have always had great service, particularly from Aaron. I would recommend their pizzas - they have a beautiful open pizza oven so you can actually watch your... More

I have been here several times since their opening and always had a positive and enjoyable experience. Good food and service. I was here last Friday night and sat at in a chair in the upstairs lounge area joining my relatives (12 wonderful ladies) for a bite to eat. After sitting there for 1/2 hour a bartender ( Brian) came... More

We have gone to Incontro since it opened. Sometimes for dinner and sometimes for drinks in the lounge. The last visit may be our last. As it is cold here, we thought that we would go for a drink and sit upstairs by the fireplaces. Well, that wasn't going to happen as they weren't even lit. Seriously, why have them... More
