Had both lunch and dinner here twice. Dinner is definitely much better and can get quite expensive. A group of four will probably spend at least $125-$150 and it can go up from there. The food is good during dinner - but only acceptable during lunch. Got an inexpensive $12 Italian sandwich that was frankly boring and difficult to eat.... More

The food was ok. Service ok. Bill was too big. The bar with nothing but a middle aged pick up joint. Depressing to watch actually. I don't plan to go back, nut I could see how it might be a good place for some people.

I frequent Incontro about once a month as a resident of Franklin, MA. The upstairs portion is my favorite... a large bar and rows of pool tables (hence "adult hangout"). There are plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sporting event. It's a great place to bring friends or a special date. I've never been dissapointed with the food I've... More

Took my husband here for his birthday. Service was excellent- attentive but not intrusive. Food was very good, but it can be a bit expensive, so I do not recommend it for an everyday night out. I had the tuna, my husband had a filet and my son had the steak special, I think it was hanger. My tuna was... More

On our last visit the food was very good... Chicken Francaise, Rigatoni, Barbeque Chicken Pizza... all served hot and in a timely manner. We sat inside but the terrace looked tempting as the weather was perfect. Good higher end family spot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Went with friends for a nice summer dinner. Food was good but not at all spectacular. Ordered a Caprese Salad and the tomatoes were under ripe, I hate that. Ordered the mushroom and truffle oil pizza. It was good but there was not a hint of truffle oil. One friend ordered the lobster pizza. It looked delish but the lobster... More

I've been here several times and the food and service has always been very good. I consider this more of a restaurant for a special occasion, at least, downstairs. It can be expensive, but the food and service are top-notch. Upstairs with the pool tables is more affordable and fun and lively. You may be more apt to visit for... More

We sat at the bar and were immediately waited on. The building is an old mill and is very quaint inside. Our colossal shrimp was very good as well as the lobster stuffed avocado. Highly recommended by us and we will definitely return again.

We took my daughter there for a birthday lunch. The restaurant had an appeal from the outside and I've always wanted to go but never venture in. We chose to dine on the terrace since the day was nice. The service was a bit slow as we had to wait for the appetizers as well as the the main lunch... More

There are two sections of this restaurant that I love...in the warmer weather, the outdoor terrace and in the cooler weather, the cozy booths in the upstairs lounge. The dry martini ,with freshly stuffed blue cheese olives and the margarita pizza, thin crust and extremely tasty, are a perfect pairing for a nice night out. Be warned, wear bug spray... More
