Went with friends for a nice summer dinner. Food was good but not at all spectacular. Ordered a Caprese Salad and the tomatoes were under ripe, I hate that. Ordered the mushroom and truffle oil pizza. It was good but there was not a hint of truffle oil. One friend ordered the lobster pizza. It looked delish but the lobster... More

I've been here several times and the food and service has always been very good. I consider this more of a restaurant for a special occasion, at least, downstairs. It can be expensive, but the food and service are top-notch. Upstairs with the pool tables is more affordable and fun and lively. You may be more apt to visit for... More

We sat at the bar and were immediately waited on. The building is an old mill and is very quaint inside. Our colossal shrimp was very good as well as the lobster stuffed avocado. Highly recommended by us and we will definitely return again.

We took my daughter there for a birthday lunch. The restaurant had an appeal from the outside and I've always wanted to go but never venture in. We chose to dine on the terrace since the day was nice. The service was a bit slow as we had to wait for the appetizers as well as the the main lunch... More

There are two sections of this restaurant that I love...in the warmer weather, the outdoor terrace and in the cooler weather, the cozy booths in the upstairs lounge. The dry martini ,with freshly stuffed blue cheese olives and the margarita pizza, thin crust and extremely tasty, are a perfect pairing for a nice night out. Be warned, wear bug spray... More

I went there with people from work during a visit from out of town. The food was outstanding and I had the Ahi Tuna Salad, which was the best I have ever had. I would love to go back and I certainly will if I ever go back to Franklin, MA.

Came for a date night with my husband and we went up to the lounge which is my favorite- pick a couch by the fireplace or a seat near the bar & tvs. Cozy and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The Honey Ginger wings and the prosciotto app with a vodka tonic was the perfect out... More

Great food. Can get a bit pricey. Drinks are pricey. Atmosphere is hopping. Can get noisy so you cannot hear what the other table companions are saying. Beautiful redesigned mill building.

We had a party of eight for a 70th birthday celebration and were extremely satisfied. The menu was varied with some excellent appetizers (try the lollipop lamb chops) and dinner selections to satisfy anyone's taste with a number of specials. The fish (swordfish, mahi mahi, and haddock) was well prepared, as was the steak. I found the wine list to... More

A recent trip to Incontro left my dear friend with a severe reaction to nuts,in a full blown allergic reaction. After an absurd amount of mentions about the nut allergy, our appetizer came out with nuts. My friend went into a reaction almost instantly. We told our server we had to go just as our second round of cocktail arrived.... More
