First time there, ordered one beer and the bartender said to my husband "I hope she isn't driving" after I politely asked where the stairs where.

serendipity , driving south on 495 on the way to the Cape , got off the highway , and found this place by accident, worth a visit. Nice outdoor patio, plenty of variety for lunch. Sorry I cannot get back for dinner.

Friends invited my wife and I to join them for dinner last night at a place they've dined many times before. The restaurant in an old mill was comfortably designed and quiet downstairs. I had a pasta Bolognese that was outstanding and my wife had a wonderful salmon dish. The wine list too was sizable enough for us including a... More

Had both lunch and dinner here twice. Dinner is definitely much better and can get quite expensive. A group of four will probably spend at least $125-$150 and it can go up from there. The food is good during dinner - but only acceptable during lunch. Got an inexpensive $12 Italian sandwich that was frankly boring and difficult to eat.... More

The food was ok. Service ok. Bill was too big. The bar with nothing but a middle aged pick up joint. Depressing to watch actually. I don't plan to go back, nut I could see how it might be a good place for some people.

I frequent Incontro about once a month as a resident of Franklin, MA. The upstairs portion is my favorite... a large bar and rows of pool tables (hence "adult hangout"). There are plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sporting event. It's a great place to bring friends or a special date. I've never been dissapointed with the food I've... More

Took my husband here for his birthday. Service was excellent- attentive but not intrusive. Food was very good, but it can be a bit expensive, so I do not recommend it for an everyday night out. I had the tuna, my husband had a filet and my son had the steak special, I think it was hanger. My tuna was... More

On our last visit the food was very good... Chicken Francaise, Rigatoni, Barbeque Chicken Pizza... all served hot and in a timely manner. We sat inside but the terrace looked tempting as the weather was perfect. Good higher end family spot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Went with friends for a nice summer dinner. Food was good but not at all spectacular. Ordered a Caprese Salad and the tomatoes were under ripe, I hate that. Ordered the mushroom and truffle oil pizza. It was good but there was not a hint of truffle oil. One friend ordered the lobster pizza. It looked delish but the lobster... More

I've been here several times and the food and service has always been very good. I consider this more of a restaurant for a special occasion, at least, downstairs. It can be expensive, but the food and service are top-notch. Upstairs with the pool tables is more affordable and fun and lively. You may be more apt to visit for... More
