We just had some of the best swordfish and profiteroles ever. The swordfish was ocean fresh, and perfectly cooked, and the profiteroles had real whipped cream! We'll be going back soon to try a steak. Also, we found the atmosphere to be pleasant and accommodating, and the service was excellent. I have eaten in some very fine gourmet restaurants and... More

OK, the wood-paneled decor is a little tired and the cost is on the high side, but the steak was grilled exactly the way we like it and, even though we arrived on Mother's Day without reservations, we were seated right away in an otherwise full dining room and we were served promptly. We would go again.

This steak house has seen better days. If you've ever watched those restaurant makeover shows then this is the "before". Old atmosphere, old decorating, old wait staff, just plain outdated. Not worth your time or money. If you want steak go to the Capital Grill. If you don't want to spend that much then go across the street to the... More

10 years ago this was a landmark worth a visit. However, it is unfortunately now just an outdated restaurant and the steak isn't even that memorable. It's got history but, unfortunately, that's pretty much the highlight.

Ken's Steak House has been around for many, many years. It used to be a great destination for a great steak. Not any more, unfortunately. I was at this restaurant with friends twice in the last six months and was very disappointed. The steaks were mediocre at best and the salad that came with the meal was a bad as... More

Ate there over a year ago and still, when thinking about the experience hate to think that I wasted my money. The service was poor and there was a question about the bill. We had to get the manager involved and the attitude displayed was certainly not one for a business that would want repeat customers. The food was passable,... More

Chateaubriand was delicious but everything else was average. $287.00 with no appetizer, 3 wines( average ) 2 cocktails and a beer. Salad was average with 1 tomato quarter , 2 thin slices of red onion & ice berg lettuce, potato, & green beans & 3 average desserts. Bread basket was less than impressive. Bill came with suggested tip, not something... More

All the so so so reviews about Ken's, went there Tuesday March 18, 2014, place was crowded but we had a rerservation and were seated right away. Wait staff was very attentive, busboys constantly refilled our water and they couldn't do enough for us. I had the 16 oz sirloin steak which was absolutely delicious, GF had the baked seafood... We dined here on 3/15/14. My husband and I were enjoying a nice weekend away and had been wanting to try Ken's for some time now as we are big fans of the salad dressing. We had 8:00 pm reservations and were seated when we walked in at 7:45 pm. The ambiance is nice, a little old fashioned with stained... More

Went here with a groupon and it still wasn't worth it. The problem with this place is that they are serving the same food they did fifty years ago before people knew what a good steak and good food was. The steaks were supermarket grade, the lobster bisque had an off flavor that if I were blindfolded, I would not... More
