No one wants to get lost at sea, but those who have a taste for fun do enjoy long visits in our Natick/Framingham restaurant. Beach yourself in our dining room for seafood, rock the boat in our lounge or reel in some fresh catch in our drive-by takeout window. For the home chef, we sell live lobsters to go.

I visit the Boston area frequently and ALWAYS take a trip to Legal Seafood for a good variety of legal sea fare (no endangered species), affordable prices and good service. Sit down or take-out. Recommend the chowder, lobster bisque, oysters on the half-shell (several varieties to choose from or mix it up). I have visited other Legal's in Boston and... More

My wife and I have recently dined there and i decided to try the "Ciopino" - If you like seafood with a little spicy touch, that's the way to go! We went there on a busy time of the day and we were seated fast and the service was excellent! i like good food but i like good price too!... More

Went here on NY Day and were very glad we did. Had a reservation and were seated promptly and greeted quickly by our personable and efficient server. Service was excellent and the food was very good. We loved the clam chowder and shrimp cocktail very good. Offer a varied seafood menu cooked just about any way you want. Fish was... More

Legal has the best shrimp cocktail anywhere. A great choice here is the clam chowder, the shrimp and a nice steamed lobster. Round out with a reasonably priced bottle of Chardonnay. Awesome

My family and I had our annual Festivus celebration at Legal and only half of the six of enjoyed our meals. My son and my daughter's boyfriend are not big seafood eaters so they ordered the steak entree choice. Both were way overdone and not at all tasty. My daughter in law was disappointed in her sole. It was not... More

I firmly believe I can get a comparable quality seafood dinner for less money BUT you can never go wrong by choosing to eat at Legal. The food is high quality and reliable. I paid $29.95 for a crab cake dinner that was served with nothing but dressed greens. Seems high but there was zero filler in the crab cakes.... More

We had an early, Saturday evening, dinner. While we had a reservation, at 6 pm there were still plenty of tables. The service was friendly and attentive and the restaurant, apart from the overflowing trash in the men's room, was clean and attractive. One member of our party had the seafood casserole and rated it excellent. Another had grilled char... More

Legal Sea Foods is one of those places that you can go to for any occasion. Graduation dinner? Check. Romantic night with your fiancée? Check. Your parents are in town and you want to get them some good, local seafood? Also check. The Framingham location is just as good as all the rest, and they've got a very nice bar... More
