Great food, no matter what we try. Nice comfortable decor; rather small inside but fortunately we've always managed to find a seat.

As Californians in Metro West for business, we were craving what we think of as "regular" food but which folks in MA seem to call "hippie" food. Big Fresh did not disappoint. Every dish we had at Big Fresh had great flavors. I'm so glad we found Big Fresh but now that we're back in California, I really miss it!

This is Moroccan food, very spicy with a good flavor but even though I grew up with spicy food I could not eat more than half of my meal because my mouth was burning. Portions were generous. Maybe the price is cheap for Boston but I felt like it was a bit high given the atmosphere. Very hot and humid... More

We are regulars, dining here dozens of times. It us wholesome, healthy, and real, and deserves high praise for good food with low prices. There are so many good items to recommend, from the homemade lentil soup to the chicken plates with tahini and hummus. The falafel balls are delicious and the salads --- amazing! They could offer a few... More

The place is small and no frills, but food is excellent. We ordered Tofu Thai curry and Salmon Moroccan Tgine. The portion is generous. You find many vegetarian menu as well as meat/fish with exhotic spices. It is amazing that the restaurant can provide so many items in such a small kitchen. Highly recommend !

Very tasty and healthy food, in a quiet little place and friendly staff. Great tea selection and occasional specials, the stir friy with salmon is my favorite

Its tight small. But the food is sooo well prepared and delicious. Their curries, noodles, brown rice. Delightful for vegetarians and carnivores alike. Their sauces are so flavorful, the portions are huge. Its just wonderful. I love their tempeh, their curries, their wraps. Made fresh, in front of your eyes. Vegan? No problem! Want chicken? They have it. So good!

Like a trip back into the 60's, blended with a middle east menu, complete with herbal teas, felafel, tahini, hummus, as well as whole wheat pastas with organic items like salmon, cod, chicken, tempeh, and tofu. Food is really good, the service is friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable.

Came here through reviews before going to Jordan's IMAX. I like to eat healthfully. My husband and I arrived about 12pm on a weekend lunchtime. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior, quirky casual decoration with some small booths and wonderful light shades. We had Moroccan chicken and spinach falafel salad, and hot tea (they have a selection of special... More

I have been looking for restaurant options in the Metrowest area offering quality vegetarian dishes and believe I have finally found the place that fits the bill. Big Fresh offers tasty choices (some vegetarian, some not), generous portions and quality ingredients. The salads are blended beautifully. The Lemon dressing on the Lentil Veggie Balls Salad is balanced and flavorful. I... More
