Great craft beers and more than just bar food

Late night dinner here mid week. We had the steak salad with blue cheese (a generous serving), their award-winning chowder and chili (delicious!) and some great beer! There was a local beer from Rapscallion as well as a few other craft brews.

Ordered the recommended macaroni & cheese and steak tips. The steak tips were very tiny but very good, so I ate those. I took one bite of the Mac & Cheese that came with it and almost choked. The taste was so bad it was like I bit into a something sprayed with Raid. Then I figured out it was... More

As another reviewer already said, a little bit of England in New England. Fish and Chips, cottage pie, bangers and mash, autumn bisque, great selection of beers and very friendly service. We were just visiting the area and wish we had time to go back again.

We enjoyed our visit to The Copper Stallion. Boyfriend got bangers and mash, I got the fish and chips. Food was good, although not as good as we were hoping. (We were hoping for great!) Our waitress was great, friendly and offered suggestions on where to visit in the region. Décor was nice, location was good, not far from our... More

Great place for quiet drinks & great food. Try the Bangers & Mash!!! Good selections at the bar & friendly staff. Went there 2 nights when I was in Sturbridge, was very happy both times. You won't be disappointed!!

The food was good. Decent prices. Ingredients tasted fresh. Friendly greetings from the staff welcome you. We sat on the screened in deck, we enjoyed that. Good food selections. I had the Aegean chicken and pasta. Delicious. My wife and I enjoyed the atmosphere. We will go back. Thank you Copper Stallion.

After a day at Brimfield, we were exhausted & wanted to sit quietly & have a drink & a nice meal. We saw the Copper Stallion and decided to try it. So glad we did!! We sat outdoors on the porch (which is screened in so no bugs!!) overlooking the main road. It was cool and nice. Pretty clean too.... More

This place was next door to where we stayed so we went over for a pint and some dinner. Not very busy at all, but the staff was really nice, and the food was decent. They carried about 8-10 draught beers and a full bar. Menu had a lot of British pub food and a good variety.

When we walked into The Copper Stallion we were concerned that it could be just a bar with food. We were pleasantly surprised that the food was delicious. The bartender and server were fun and personable. The food did take longer to arrive than it should have- however we were very happy with the dinners. Delicious food- It was much... More

I visited with a colleague on a Tuesday evening in May on a business trip. The decor is enjoyable, British pub-like. You may opt to sit out on a balcony which is nice. We stayed inside. Service: There were only three other tables filled at the time, two already served and another waiting. The service seemed very slow though the... More
