Hi, I visited this restaurant during my camping stay near Falmouth. I was looking for a Indian restaurant nearby for lunch and found out this one. The service was good. I ordered Chicken Biryani and Chicken Tikka Masala. The couple who came with us ordered Naan and another Chicken Gravy item. I hate to say this but both the chicken... More

I never used to be a huge fan of Indian food but I decided to give it another try by stopping into the swan one day. I met the family who owns the Swan, the whole family works there and they were very pleasant and nice. They helped me to pick things I'd like according to my tastes. Since my... More

I cannot speak highly enough of this lovely Indian restaurant. The staff really go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable meal and they cannot do enough for you. The menu choices are great, and have a wide range of options. I eat here regularly and always have a lovely meal no matter what the dish.... More

If you are in Falmouth and looking for really good Indian food with a good atmosphere and welcoming service that is right in the middle of Main St. we highly recommend The Golden Swan. We go regularly and they always make just what we want just the way we ask for it. If you like Chicken Tika Saag it is... More

Nice little restaurant. The food was fine but it was the worse service I have ever received, hands down. It took forever to get someone to our table. Once they took our order it was another 20 minutes or so to get our very simple order. Then we had to go get our own cutlery and napkin before we could... More

We love Indian food and often eat out. Seen this place for the past 8 years but never ate there because it was always empty. Craved Indian yesterday and decided to give it a try. Although I can understand the 'watered' down American version but don't believe 'watery' curries are acceptable. Ordered spicy lamb curry, it was sweet and watery.... More

There are many seafood restaurants around the cape, but knowing that the golden swan put their Indian twist to it was awesome! We ordered the lobster tikka masala (being big fans of lobster). The way it was presented was with a tikka masala sauce which was great! Gotta go back and try other seafood dishes soon!

We have gotten take-out from The Golden Swan several times. The order is always correctly prepared and ready when promised. We also find the prices to be reasonable. The food is fine -- fills our bellies and is enjoyable -- but it is not excellent. It does the trick on an evening when we need a good, reliable dinner.

We were craving Indian food during a week's vacation in the Boston and Cape Cod area, so stopped here. Ordered chappatis, a naan, aloo-gobi and channa-masala, followed by masala tea. Requested spice level was medium (because even though we're Indian, we've lost the ability to deal with really spicy food). Food was authentic as could be - straight from Punjab... More

Finding Indian on the Cape is not easy. Back in NY and NJ Indian food is easily found and normally inexpensive. On the Cape, not so much. The restaurant is situated in Down-town Falmouth and is decorated nicely, but the lighting is a little dark, especially for lunch. We were greeted by a friendly host and shown to our seats.... More
