Great neighborhood feel

Dana's Kitchen is owned by a husband-wife who attended the CIA in NY. Dana's specialty is baking -- shortbread cookies filled with apricot or raspberries are to die for. Art is now the front of the house, taking orders at the counter, delivering food to tables and cleaning up as needed. This... read more

We found Dana's on trip advisor and were pleasantly surprised. Cute, quaint place with old pot belly wood stove inside. Nice touch. They only offer pastries and muffins for breakfast, so if you are looking for a large breakfast this is probably not the place. We ordered ham, egg and cheese croissants and they were served warm, fresh and flakey.... More

My friend had seen a review on TV for this restaurant but she was unsure where it was. It is off the beaten path on a beautiful and scenic back road. We went for Sunday lunch just prior to it closing at 1:45. It's a cozy little local place that feels homey and comfortable. The menu is limited but very... More

Liked the outside seating and although it's counter ordering they will bring it to your table. As some previous reviews had stated, they were out of things as we showed up close to closing time. I would much rather know that everything is freshly made and they run out than get something left over or old? Also the man behind... More

Delicious sandwiches, large portions, and friendly efficient service. Walked in 15 minutes before closing but were told to take our time eating and enjoy ourselves. Sat on the covered deck and yook in the lovely country setting while chatting to a charming elderly couple who were frequent customers. Before we left, a waitress came out and gave each of us... Dana's Kitchen is our own little diamond of West Falmouth, and I love the breakfast sandwiches and pastries. You will never be disappointed by the friendly service or cozy atmosphere, and can always count on a delicious breakfast or lunch. I would recommend that if you are looking for a pastry in the morning, to stop by fairly early because... More

Country (vegetable) farm-ish setting, very pleasant relaxing atmosphere on the covered deck. Before writing this review, I read some of the others critical of service and can't believe it was the same place. This was our first visit, and man taking orders responded to our questions by bringing us in front of a display counter and showing us the options... More

This is a seasonal lunch place, off the beaten path. Get your own drinks, get your own water from a pitcher on the sideboard. Order at the counter, at least an hour before they are ready to close for the day. Otherwise, you will be told we are closing soon, so hurry up and place your order. When you do,... More

This is a continuation of my previous review, unfortunately, the first review was made on a cell phone, so I was unable to write the WHOLE review. To be HONEST, my husband and I traveled for a special occasion all the way to Cape Cod from Boston. The owner, was not at the register when we walked in... 10 or... More

Our book group had a wonderful lunch. Our orders were delivered in a timely manner. Our server was pleasant and checked in with everyone when he delivered our food. The wheat berry spinach salad was fresh and made to order. We were not rushed and were able to sit and relax after our meals were finished. Take a minute and... More
