My husband and I hadn't been to Betsy's Diner in a number of years and we were happy to see that is was still in business and the food was still great. My husband had breakfast, which he loved and I had the turkey, dressing wrap. It was REAL roasted turkey! The only complaint was the confusion of "all cash... More

Betsy’s Diner in Falmouth, Ma is one of the only six remaining Mountain View (NJ) Diners (#457) Company Luncheon Diners. The Worcester Lunch Car Company (Worcester, MA) was the more locally known creator of these Pre- World War II prefabricated railroad car looking restaurant buildings. These diners were popular for their diverse menu options and 24 hour availability. Betsy’s Diner... More

This is a cash-only establishment. It was very busy when we arrived for breakfast. We didn't have to wait long before they had a booth ready for us. I had a toasted western sandwich that needed to be cut again (into four pieces). The coffee was so good! Our server, Staci, was great at fast and friendly service.

This is a classic 1950s diner in a trailer. The food is diner food, well prepared--breakfast all day, plus soups, sandwiches, etc. The service is always friendly. There can be a wait for a table, especially for weekend brunch during the summer, but there are often seats at the counter. We go every time we're in Falmouth -- a family... More

Have been eating at Betsy's every summer for ten years. This summer they are not accepting credit cards. There are signs saying cash and travelers checks only and there is an ATM next door. Seriously- no credit cards in this day and age? I asked the waiter why no credit card and he said the owner is trying to save... More

Change - no longer accepts credit cards. Eggs Benedict still very good, sausage very spicy, coffee came early and often.

Cute, authentic diner with a jukebox at your booth and bottomless coffee and waitresses who call you 'Hun'. The food, service and prices were great! We plan to go back for breakfast tomorrow.

When I went Betsy's Diner I was expecting a greasy spoon. I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, which made me feel as though I'd been transported back in time, to the time when diners were an American staple. The food was excellent, my eggs over hard were some of the best I'd ever had. I'm not typically one for... More

It is what it is ... and that is good. Went with my two sons for breakfast. We all ordered different things and we were all happy and full.
