Betsy's is always crowded with a line down the block so that speaks for itself While it serves a variety of food, breakfast items are the most popular. They have fast service, friendly waiters and are very accommodating. They take no reservations but do take credit cards. Fun place to go-a real diner in its finest.

Cash only at Betsy's...but that's a small inconvenience for a real diner with really good diner food. We had cream if vegetable chicken soup, a turkey sandwich and a burger. All were fresh and prepared as ordered. The service was fine. The blueberry pie was out of this world good. I was just passing though the area and not staying... More

Long list of NOs on their menu - which puts a damper on the fun vibe. They seem to be cranky. Cash only. We had pancakes for breakfast and they were pretty good. Coffee was decent.

Actually received my blue plate special on a blue plate! Friendly service, cash only (no credit cards!), and the usual diner menu are all available here. Best to go for breakfast or lunch unless you know what time they're open for dinner that day as they often close up early.

Fantastic brunch in a great diner. we were visiting from England and loved this place so much we ate here twice. It's not fancy food but what they do they do well. Good value, honest food without frills. Would be perfect for a family wanting to fill up the kids before a day out. One day I had a delicious... More

, Stopped in for a late breakfast on our way to Hyannis. Very interesting decor with booths, old kitchen tables and chairs all neatly covered and cared for. There's a juke box in the back that plays great old music. The only draw back, if any was that they only take cash. They let us know up front. The menu... More

Food and service were great, but to be in a tourist area they do not take credit cards. Diner appeared to be clean for a diner.

This is a nice little diner with pleasant wait staff and good food. It has a great location and usually has a wait but it's worth it.

We make an annual golf trip to Falmouth, and Betsy's is always on out list for breakfast. The food is top notch, and the service second to none. Ask for Staci, she will treat you right. The Hash is top notch and so is the marble rye. Can't wait till next year.

Look like a retro American diner, very clean, very good service and large portions of food cooked to order and served quickly. My wife and I had a 'free' day on an organised tour and decided to eat evening meal there, one of the cheapest places we saw in Falmouth. Beware, cash only and closing at 7.30 pm can mean... More
