This was our first stop on our vacation - recommended by Jane, our resort host, We ordered a BLT, hash and eggs, turkey sandwich, and eggs bennie, The only complaint we really had was the BLT, We ordered it as a soup and sandwich combo and added a side salad. The sandwich was barely a half and it was so... More

Cash only as in many Cape Cod establishments. My breakfast platter was very affordable but nothing special. My husband's open-faced turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing and cranberry sauce was OK, with the turkey breast somewhat dry. Filling but wouldn't rush back.

I am all local resident and this place is known as the local breakfast hang out. Food is good and prices reasonable. I also love that old diner look and feel to it.

The menu had a large variety of foods, our party tried many of them, they were all delicious. It is small and quaint which led to a half hour wait for us to be seated but worth the wait. Only draw back is if you travel light on cash you will have to visit the ATM at the bank next... More

We were just riding by when we saw Betsy's Diner and it just looked like one of those places that would have great food. So we turned around to find out. Well, it was just plain good! Nice menu selection, nice portions, great atmosphere. Each booth had their own little jukebox, but we didn't try it out. Great value. Would... More

We've been eating here annually for years. Every Falmouth visit must include a visit to Betsy's. Great staff that never changes. Incredible value and quality for breakfast. ( the Betsy's special breakfast is my favorite.. 3 eggs, toast , home fries , and a choice of two meats for just $7.75. I get double bacon. I comes with about a... More

My family of five, including three girls, needed a quick breakfast before catching the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. We were quickly seated at a corner booth by the could-not-be-friendlier staff. They prepared us wonderful egg white omelettes and pancakes. Note: they do not have any fruit, or fruit salad (except bananas). Everything was prepared quite quickly (per our request) and... More

Diners typically have the best breakfasts, and Betsy's Diner is no exception. They were extremely busy on a Saturday morning, as should be expected. But, they have a staff that has all the attitude of a friendly East Coast restaraunt, with a strong work ethic, constantly turning the tables and serving customers. Even though my scrambled eggs sandwich with cheddar... More

I could hardly believe it. #6 on the menu was three eggs, toast, potatoes, two kinds of meat, (two fairly large sausages and four strips of bacon, at least) all for $7.75. What a bargain. Went back for the same thing a second day. Located next to the firehouse on Main St. two hundred yds east from where all the... More
