We were staying at a lodging in Falmouth and went to this cafe twice. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was very good. We tried pancakes, bacon and eggs, omelette and homemade granola (made at the cafe and it tasted divine!). The second time we visited Moonakis, there was a small queue in the car park but it... More

Small, casual, friendly. Can be a wait, but worth it! My fave is the incredible banana walnut pancakes! The omelets are yummy! It's fresh, served hot. Great place!!

Went there on a Sunday morning, spur of the moment to meet up with family. This is a small place but we didn't have to wait very long. I could see that when they get real busy the wait must be forever. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. We orderd and it came out without too long of a... More

As visitors from England staying near Falmouth for a few days we were looking for somewhere local for breakfast. Our hotel owner recommended Moonakis and we were very pleased. Great value food, great service. Coffee arrived as soon as we sat down as was topped up throughout the meal, the food was good and very fresh, and the atmosphere was... More

We staggered into this restaurant for late brunch on a rainy Cape Cod Wednesday. The warm and lovely staff seamlessly seated our rather rambunctious party of 19 without breaking a sweat. The food was delicious breakfast fare--the different kinds of pancakes went over well with our whole crew. We were served quickly and efficiently and it was one of the... More

Our timing was perfect on the morning of July 7th as we did not experience any wait and we were immediately seated. Within a few seconds, a young man provided us with a great cup of coffee and our waitress arrived to tell us about the specials. We peered around to see the wonderful variety of food that was delivered... More

This restaurant is so popular for breakfast that it was about a 45 minute wait at about 8:45 a.m. On a Saturday morning. But it was definitely worth it! We had heard about the incredible blueberry pancakes but I also wanted a Portuguese egg sandwich . So we ordered both and split the orders. They were hands down the BEST... More

I now know the reason, this place serves some very good food. We were told that their breakfast was good, but that was an understatement. The food was excellent, i know that it hard to make a breakfast sound as good as it was, but believe me it was.

The place is simple and clean. Year after year, the owner, Paul, keeps it that way. When he is there, he is sure to stop and say hi. The staff is loyal and consistent. Because the place never changes much, I feel welcomed home, each time I go. The food is home-cooked, fresh and fantastic. The service is so friendly... More
