Hearty food, fresh Guinness

How can you go wrong, a pint of Guinness, authentic Irish beef stew with Guinness, and an Irish lass serving us. (She pretended anyway.) The Irish stew really was excellent. My wife had fish and chips, minus the chips. They were happy to substitute a salad for the french fries. (Which was nice... read more

Stopped in for lunch with family. Very attentive and friendly staff and good food. Very much liked the fish and chips, Guiness stew had great flavor if slightly light on the beef. Looks like a good set up for live music but just background music at appropriate level for lunch

As a resident of Martha's Vineyard, I frequently drive by Liam Maguire's. I used to stop in frequently in the Winter because they were one of the few places where the kitchen was open from lunch through dinner. When I was younger and richer, I didn't mind the mediocre food or the prices. But now, I expect good food at... More

Went in after dinner for drinks and music. An old standby and fun. This is a tradition for us after we had a family wedding in Falmouth. Sat at the bar. It is a casual and fun place. Tables were busy with many eating dinner. We just had a drink this time.

Full rack of ribs I'd excellent particularly when listening to the live music of Dennis O'Keefe - very much in the style of Johnny Cash. Take a good appetite with you!

Went on a Saturday night for dinner and to take in the Irish singer. The bar was packed and the music loud. I half enjoyed the music but i soon got tired of yelling to our dinner companions over the music. The crowd was lively and I'd only recommend the restaurant if you're up for drinking and singing. Don't plan... More

Spent Saturday night May 16th 2015 at Liam Maguire's Irish Pub. I was a dancing fool. Ya that was Me. Had a great time with another couple. The thing I remember the most was laughing and having a great time. The food was good and beer even better. Would I recommend visiting Liam Maguire's? YES don't miss it. Live music... More

Hit the jackpot visiting on a Saturday night when 3 different live bands entertained the crowd with fun Irish tunes. We didn't want the night to end! Food was excellent and was a good value as well. Well worth a visit!

Extremely friendly service, excellent food and an environment where, while seated at the bar, you want to talk to your neighbor (soon to be a new-found friend) and they, you. The menu had some very unique offerings (ever heard of Irish egg rolls commonly referred to as deep fried rubens) and what my wife and I had was more than... More
