I guess it depends what you order but the fish we had was excellent and their new deep dish pizza was just as excellent. I didn't have my usual IPA and that was a mistake. Their Guiness while on tap was flat.

I have to say average although the fare is pricey and often overly garlic-laden (if you are not a fan of garlicy food like my wife is, tell them hold the garlic). I found the beer selection is quite good. In my seafood platter I could not discren one thing from another - they all were blended together smothered in... More

When in Falmouth, we frequent Liam Maguire's for authentic pub food including shepards pie and excellent burgers. They always have a very good selection of beers on tap. On some nights, there is great Irish music including Liam himself. It's a good place to get together with friends.

Used to go here quite a lot fr the specials and the irish beef stew, but this time, the stew had no flavor...I added about 2 tsp of black pepper and it only heled a little. The specials were OK, but when we asked for "hot" on the curry dish, it seemed like a whole can of cayenne had been... More

Upon the recommendation of our innkeeper in Barnstable Village, we chose to try the famous New England lobster roll at Liam Maguire's. Do not balk at the price for this sandwich...it is loaded (overloaded, actually) with tender lobster meat; worth every penny!! Liam Maguire's has a wonderful handcrafted beer selection - be sure to check the chalkboard for the specials!... More

The night I was at this pub and my credit card got overcharged with excessive drinks. The Bartender claimed a "Friend" ordered drink on my tab and when I refused to pay and asked for the manager I was immediately threatened and thrown out. I know it sounds rediculous and I was in utter shock. The bartender even said "I'm... More

Went to Liam's for a night cap and had a wonderful time listening to Shenanigans play our favorite songs. We had about 12 in our group and the waitress couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. We will be back!
