Great Mussels

I go to Falmouth a lot and finally ate at the Quarterdeck at Falmouth Center. My wife and I split their Steamed Mussels which was very good and they give you 4 big pieces of bread instead of just a tiny bit like other places that just makes you have to ask for more. I had their Mahi Mahi... read more

In all the years, we've come to Cape Cod, I had never tried this restaurant on Main Street in Falmouth. It is the favorite of a friend and I can see why. The interior is dark and rustic with huge rough beams and boards, but the main attraction is the food. The lobster roll must have had the meat of... More

Visited May 2015. Wow , the seafood is just amazing. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Cannot say how much of a great experience this is , other than we went back 2 days later. I had the scrod and mum had the fried shrimps , can recommend both dishes.

The lobster bisque says it all. Start with that and you'll immediately know you've come to the right place. And the rolls are to die for! Menu features a variety of well prepared food including several local choices (scallops were great). Can be a bit crowded and noisy but worth the wait.

We stayed in Cape Cod over this past Memorial Day weekend and using Trip Advisor, as always, found this gem of a restaurant. Although they do not take reservations you can do a "call ahead" beginning at 5:00 PM and they will accommodate you. Luckily for us we sat at the bar the first night and had a scrumptious dinner:... Was a last minute dinner option as we were too full from lunch. Even though it was shortly before the kitchen closed, they were happy to serve us AND a couple who came in some while after us. My English husband chose fish&chips which I thought was silly but turned out to be a really light and fresh option. I... More

Just had another great meal at this restaurant. Love that it is consistent, cozy, reliable. The food and the service is always very good. Tonight I had the baked stuffed shrimp, there were 4 humongous and perfectly cooked (i.e. not overcooked, as I often encounter) shrimp with a tasty stuffing. My husband had the halibut special, which was also a... More

We had dinner there last weekend. We had clam chowder, which was very good, but the fish and chip was very average and way too big! We though it was too expensive for the quality.

This was a random find as we were planning on another restaurant but it had moved. We were so happy the other place had moved because this was the best baked scallops I have ever had- I don't know how they did it, but the scallops didn't have the usual grit and sand. From steak tips to seafood chowder to... More
