Not our original destination, but it will be next time

We were headed to the Pickle Jar but found them closed till March. We meandered back down Main Street & found several places closed for a few months. I recalled seeing Parkside mentioned in the summer Boston Globe so we decided to give it a try. What a nice find. It is popular with regulars and... read more

What a great little find!!! We were getting cabin fever from being snowed in and just wanted to go out for a bite of lunch. We chose the Parkside Market after reading some of the good reviews. They are spot on....we shared a wonderful (very large) tasty sandwich with a cup of delicious tomato soup. The two women at the... More

Went here for lunch with my daughter recently. Was happily surprised at the great selection of sandwiches, soups, salads, hot drinks (very cold day), and specials. Our sandwich was absolutely delicious, the bread was perfect, the ingredients of high quality and a good combination of flavors. We also got a salad that was huge and a bit too much for... More

Only dropped in for a coffee, but the service was quick and cheerful, the cafe nicely decorated and clean, and the coffee tasty. Recommended.

Stopped here on a recent trip to the Cape. We picked up two delicious wraps and soup. We ordered earlier, then went for a bike ride on the trail. It was a cool day, so the soup was a welcome and delicious treat.

As I was wandering through the shops in Falmouth, I suddenly realized it was after 2:00 PM, and I had not had lunch yet! Since many coastal restaurants open for breakfast/lunch close by 2:00 PM, I did a Google search and found Parkside Market, which would be serving lunch until 4:00 PM. Being famished when I arrived, the staff person... More

On a couple of occasions I've tried the cab and the French quarter , both excellent. Just recently I had a chicken salad which was very tasty. Not overly extravagant as far as what was in it but very good. The red grapes were a pleasant addition. Very full afterwards. I've also eaten dinner as well and again very good.... More

We stopped off in Falmouth during a 2 day stay at the Sea Crest Hotel and had breakfast here. The pancakes here were huge and the yoghurt with fruit and granola equally as large and both very tasty. Great to sit outside and watch the morning go by whilst sipping (equally large) coffees.

We hadn't booked a table and everywhere was really busy - we discounted this restaurant first of all as the menu was mainly sandwiches. It opens for Breakfast and Lunch and appears to have only recently started opening for evening meals. It is a fairly small place but they try to source local food and the service was very good.... We just stumbled upon this place while strolling through town one night. Our waitress was so helpful and kind-wish I had gotten her name to properly compliment her. She answered our questions and offered us many suggestions for our large group, which included several children. The menu is great-lots of variety, and everything we ordered was wonderful. Burgers, wraps, salads,... More
