Not your average Mexican restaurant!

I visit Anejo regularly when visiting Cape Cod. It is one of my "go to" restaurants for a good meal. The menu is relatively small, but, contains most of the staples Americans like in addition to several others not commonly found at the chain Mexican joints. The margaritas are very good with no... read more

I like going to Cape Cod "hot spots" in the winter. Everything is going to be lower energy and less crowded, and the real quality of places will show through. I am not a reliable judge of "authentic" Mexican, but I love food. When I try a Mexican place for the first time, I go for the Molé, and the... More

We went here for dinner on New Years Eve. To be expected it was packed, but the staff was efficient and very attentive. We found seats at the bar within 5 minutes. The bartenders were great and made sure we felt welcome. Similar to other reviews we found that the Guacamole and chips were bland, but the Margaritas made up... More

Really great food and outstanding margaritas. Service is fast and courteous. Great place to go in summer with lots of comfortable seating outside. Great chips with the salsa. Pretty busy year round and not cheap, but everything was delicious, portions generous, so make reservations on weekend nights. Falmouth Taxi company is right around the corner, so don't drink and drive!

Here it is in the month of July and this place is a great stop on Falmouth,Mass. The waitress was right on the spot with the taking the drink orders chips to the table and table side making of fresh guacamole while you wait,Bonus. The food arrived hot and well plated, fresh flavors and a great price. I highly recommend this... More

I have been going to Anejo for several years on my annual visit to Falmouth. The food is several steps above the typical burritos and enchiladas type food available at so many Mexican restaurants. While they have burritos and enchiladas, theirs are far superior. Anejo goes beyond typical Mexican food with seafood, beef and pork dishes. The prices are fantastic... More

we go there pretty often. Its fun to sit outside in the summer but can get stifling loud inside sometimes. The food is pretty good, drinks are awesome and the service is usuaslly great. could use a little more fire to actually call it mexican food but its as close as we can come in Falmouth.

The margaritas are large and really delicious. The homemade guacamole is the best we've ever had. Lunches and dinners are always good. Service is excellent. Great vibe. Nice decor but the restaurant is too dark inside at lunchtime. The dining room always looks like it needs a good cleaning though. Turn up the lights, scrub it up good and the... More
