This restaurant was highly recommended, and did not disappoint. For our last night of our honeymoon, we were thrilled to dine at such a lovely restaurant. Our server, Chris, was absolutely wonderful, and the meal was Exquisitely delicious.

First, we live in Falmouth and we love coming here… often. The wait staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food is continually outstanding. Andrew was our server this time, and as always… wonderful and attentive. (All the servers are delightful) The amuse bouche is a delicious morsel that the chef sends out to tease your taste buds! My appetizer... More

Went for my 60th birthday with friends. The place is beautiful. Service excellent and very helpful. Food is prepared to perfection and presented very well. Serving sizes are small though. The amuse bush was a nice thought but laughable, the tiniest spoon ever with half a small red grape topped with goat cheese, half a pistachio and ONE micro green.... More

We were happy to be seated immediately on arrival and our waiter was really perfect. It was the old school we did not expect to meet in small town. Zagat describe the cuisine as "new american" but chef is definitely under french influence. Each plate is a piece of "haute cuisine". It was expensive but definitely worth it.

On the expensive side, but a perfect place for a celebratory dinner. Good menu, ambiance and service.

The Glass Onion was recommended by owner of the Beach Breeze Inn. We were extremely pleased and would rate this in our top-10 dining experiences in our many years of travel. Quite clear this was operated by a CIA chef, presentation, detail to service, quality of food - all from a limited menu due to electrical issues. Confident when full... More

Dinner for two, with no reservation, mid week. This was a busy place as seems to be very popular in Falmouth and is a step up from casual dining. Many of the men wore jackets and ladies seemed to be dressed up a bit. That was mentioned to us prior to going. You don't need a tie but in jeans... More

It is nice to find a restaurant in the US where there is still a bit of 'class'. By that I mean the staff know their job, their menu and their wines. To advice is not to be smug but to be helpful. This place has excellent staff, excellent food and excellent ambience. One does not feel out of place... More

My wife and I decided to have our last meal in Cape Cod at the Glass Onion. To make the occasion special it was my birthday with my wife celebrating hers the following day so we wanted to go somewhere extra special, we were not disappointed. The whole premises had that New England design but it would not have looked... More
