Jake's Diner will take you back to a time of formic table tops, lots of chrome trim, and satisfying portions of All American fare. If you know the Route 9 Diner in Amherst, Jake's has a smaller, more familiar diner environment. Breakfast on Sunday morning is a great way to fuel up before heading out to explore the Massachusetts South... More

Had one of the specials 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, sausage, bacon & toast, good filling breakfast for a reasonable price. Not gourmet, but it doesn't pretend to be. A real old time diner.

great variety of breakfast selections with always some specials on the board. Love the pancakes, the servers are friendly and the place itself is cute and comfy. I think they do lunch too but not sure.

I mean not best ever, but my favorite breakfast in good old Fairhaven, MA. Consistently delicious and that classic diner feel. My dad lives there so I visit multiple times a year and this is always my go to. I take different people and order different things and haven't had anything bad!

Any place where the waiter tries to tell you it's OK to serve Eggs Benedict with fried eggs needs to be permanently scratched off your list, in my opinion. Coffee tastes like watered-down warehouse blend. Won't be back.

This diner is just about a mile off the highway exit. It's very easy to get on and off Rt. 195. It's a real silver diner, 1950's era. Cheerful decor and people. Food is from the owner's home recipes. Delicious and wholesome. Muffins perfectly grilled. They are open on weekends, I believe, for supper but they're not open too late--maybe... More

I have been going here for years. The food and coffee is good, service is friendly. Depending upon the chef for the shift will depend if you eggs/omelets are cooked properly but everything else seems great.

It sure beats the bland continental breakfast at the nearby Hampton Inn. I had steak and eggs, my wife enjoyed a mushroom and swiss omelet. The steak had a zippy seasoning that made it enjoyable even if a tad overcooked. Good home fries, too, and how many places will serve you pumpernickel toast. Service was very fast and the wait...
