Cute n comfy, the menu had a variety of items to choose from. Tried the french onion soup(first timer), I'm pretty sure it'd be hard to beat!

This is a good place to meet friends and catch up with them… especially in the wintertime when the fire is blazing and the wind is blowing outside. Friendly service and hearty food for all ages. Many different beers on tap and good nibbles.

Only Resturant open 363 days per year! Can always count on great beer selections....food menu variable had a slump few years...but back on track. Improvements include new storm door...rearrange bar seating and now outdoor seating and breakfast/brunch! Every trip to the island includes at least 2 visits!

This is my third trip to Martha's Vineyard and I always eat at the Newes, they have the best Lobster Roll anywhere! The restaurant itself is nice and cozy and full of history, always a must when we visit the vineyard!

we popped in on Sunday afternoon just gone for a quick pint, and found a little gem! What a friendly and welcoming team! There is a great selection of beers and ales, and the sampling platter is great as you select your own combination from a long list. The manager is really nice and chatty as are the regulars who... This is a mandatory stop for us when visiting Edgartown. Great beer, above average food and reasonable prices. Service is friendly and efficient. A really solid bet for a good meal.

I was disappointed in the mac and cheese as it was a really watery cheese/cream sauce on some penne, not thick and gooey and cheesy like mac and cheese should be. My husband's steak tips were good, though it was a relatively small portion of meat for the price. Beers were expensive too. I understand it's Edgartown, but it was... More

Even at 6.30 in the evening this place was stacked and we had to sit in the lively but small bar area. I had the beef and my wife had a tuna salad, to be honest for the prices we paid, this was superb value and the quality was excellent. I was expecting pub fare but, this was good restaurant... More
