Fun Pub Atmosphere

This is our "go to" pub on the Vineyard. It has a warm, yet cozy atmosphere for a pub - the noise level is moderate enough so that you can easily carry on a conversation with your friends at the table. Service is great, and while it's always busy, you never feel rushed and can linger over drinks... read more

Our favorite place when it's raining, or not. The dark wood, Irish pub atmosphere takes us to another place in time. We didn't make it there this year, but that was a mistake. The food is excellent, the service warm, accommodating. Portions are huge....save your appetite for the huge desserts.

This was recommended by our hotel and was perfect for a casual place with yummy local food. We opted to sit at the bar instead of wait for a table. The bartender, Doug, was friendly and helpful. We started with crab cakes as an appetizer. We followed it up with a large portion of fish and chips which was quite... More

We were seated in the bar, and waited on quickly. Friendly atmosphere and good pub food at a decent price

Actually stopped in for lunch and returned for dinner another day. Very comfortable / good food / vegetarian options. Two friends ordered the "Rack of Beers" - excellent. Large, tasty salads... delicious grilled cheese sandwich with onion rings and yummy Mac and Cheese for dinner. We were all happy with our meals... I would return.

We stopped by for lunch and were immediately seated. The decor is nice pub style, as you would expect. Our server was friendly and attentive. The beer was tasty, although a bit more than we expected. ($9-10 per tall beer) For food, I got the fish and chips, which was a good size. The fish was a large, nicely battered... More

Nice old fashioned pub with a good selection of pub classics. The French onion soup and potato skins were stand out dishes. Nice selection of draft beers too. The ambiance could be lifted with some soft background music.

I stopped in while my wife was at the salon across the street. The pub has a lot of character and the bartender was very personable and helpful with the types of beer offered and the menu. We ended up staying a little longer than expected and had a great time. I was hoping to stop in again over the... More

The blue cheese stiletto's are great.Wish they still had the pepperocini on the table 'cause you add that to the stiletto's & it's great ! (we bring our own now). The food is never a let down. This is always our first stop when we get on the island!
