The only nice thing to say about this new restaurant is that they did a nice paint job. The food was so bad that we walked out as soon as we saw our sad sad entrees hit the table. My husband and i have probably eaten at every restaurant on the island, from pub to fine dining, and i would... More

Tried this place and it was decent. Service was okay and the food was good, But, nothing special. A little too over the top for me and somewhat pricey for what you get. Even by Vineyard standards. Ordered the fried oysters, which consisted of five oysters presented on a bed of salt. I would have preferred a little more substance... More

This is a restaurant with a split personality. Basically it's a two-story bar, with hard surfaces that bounce the sound around to create an uncomfortably noisy environment. The food is good enough to make you want to linger, if only you could hear the conversation of the people sitting at your table. We spoke with the owner on the way... More

I've lived on the island for a few years now, and heard about eleven north opening in the beginning of the summer. The opening date kept getting pushed back so I was skeptical about the management/organization of the restaurant. I had the opportunity of touring the restaurant before they opening, and loved the decor and the renovations that were made.... More

This new Edgartown eatery entered the dining scene late in the summer season. It has had it's growing pains as does any new restaurant. Perhaps it will have nailed down all the operating issues before the next tourism season returns. The clam chowder is likely the best on the island! And fortunately the year round residents will have this restaurant... More

We visited Martha's vineyard for our 24th wedding anniversary and decided to have lunch at eleven North, we were not disappointed! Try the tuna martini and Margerum rose...they are a must!

We can't pass judgement on the upstairs dining, we just stopped in for drinks and appetizers in the lounge, but we had a nice evening with very attentive service. My wife ordered the Tuna Martini, which she enjoyed. She wasn't over-joyed, but said she liked he treatment and taste. I had the fried oyster appetizer which was served over a... More

Don't waste your money or your time. The very nice decor makeover masks overcooked food and amateurish service. No bread, poor excuses for our very explicit complaints and no incentive to return. Interestingly, both of our neighboring tables had complaints.

My husband and I went and sat at the bar on the second floor. The restaurant looks great but very noisy and the restaurant wasn't crowded! . The bartender Kelly was super and very attentive. We sat next to another couple who ordered after us and order the same food. We waited an hour for a burger and the pasta... More

Recently ate dinner at 11 North. The service was outstanding. The food presentation was lovely and tasted as good as it looked. Small things...the lack of salt and pepper at the table and that we had to ask for ketchup to go with the hamburger and fries. I would suggest that they think about adding a bar menu, especially for... More
