On 9/6/2014 at 12:30 hours I waited to be seated. There was no host. There was four patrons inside. Brittany, the waitress, didn't acknowledge me nor was I greeted with even simple eye contact. Seven minutes passed before I left because I was just standing there with no communication from the staff. I just wanted to have a sit down... More

We stopped in on a Tuesday night about 6 p.m.. It was our first visit. For years we had been hearing how good it was and it did not dissapoint. The decor was charming, the staff very attentive and polite and the food was really good. My wife had teh 8 oz. burger and I had the steak sandwich. Both... More

The nachos were assembled by a amateur, just glopped onto the plate. The eggplant Panini was very good. The fried fish portion was huge, but needed salt and pepper. The fries were soggy.

WE live in town and have been here many, many times. There is not much around here so it would be nice to have a decent quality place to get to easily. When they first opened they were good and treated the community well, but it has been a steady decline over the past few years. We kept giving it... More

I was told by one of my friends that this is a good place to take my wife to have a relaxing meal and have a good time. However, my experience was not as described by my buddy (and I told him about it). First, the place is so dark. You could barely see!! Second, rude in-experienced staff! Third, Very... More

Read the other reviews and decided that this would be a decent place to meet partway between home and my son's college for a Sunday lunch. They were right. Eighty Ates is a cute little restaurant with a decent and varied menu. Five of us all got different things for our main courses, and everyone fully enjoyed their meal. Five... More

Visiting the local college and asked for a referral for where to have dinner. This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside is different. Spacious, but plain interior. Varied menu. Nice wine and beer selections. Excellent specials including a deal on a 3 course meal which some in our party had and weren't disappointed. Food was plentiful,... More

Eclectic menu, with a twist on the standard fare, the food is always good and always consistent. Attentive waitstaff. Seems to be a favorite stop for the Nichols College parents as well as locals. The menu hasn't changed much over the years, though, so after a few visits there's nothing new to try. But what's there is always good. The... More

The last time I was at this restaurant, I thought it was over priced and the food was really blah! My son convinced me to give it another try for breakfast. It was actually really good, I loved the strawberry pancakes. My husband and son both had omelets that were great. You certainly get enough for your money. The atmosphere... More

Try the specials - always interesting combinations and delicious. Friendly group. Special attention to the potatoes - smashed, garlic, etc. - always something great!
