The 28 Club is an enigma. There are very few "old style" places like this on Cape Cod were you can pop in after being away for 20 years and end up sitting next to your best friend in high school's son. Good drinks with experienced bartenders. Don't go looking for a dance floor. Don't expect to meet your soulmate. Don't expect a view of the harbor.
