We waited in a long line to get a good dog. Also it has great onion rings too. The line was worth it.

The Dog House is doing it right; great traditional food that is authentic and not processed. The chili cheese dog was full of homemade flavour and the fries, well, they were dynamic. Fresh cut and no salt added! Kids loved sitting at the picnic tables and our youngest son, who is not a hot dog fan, enjoyed a very yummy... More

Stopped for lunch and had burgers and hots, both with fries and rings that covered the plates and tasted great. Not often that we can't finish all our fries and rings, but there were A LOT !!! Reasonable prices for a good lunch. Owner/cook came around to make sure everything was good. No indoor seating but pleanty of picnic tables... More

After a hot day at the beach, my husband and I decided to try something new and stumbled upon this little gem. We could tell just from pulling up that it must be good because it was packed! We put out order in after perusing the menu. I ordered the daily special, crab cake sandwich, and my husband, the junkyard... More

Had heard good things about the Dog House, and decided to try it on a beautiful June day. My husband was concerned it was a hot dog joint, but he was relieved when he saw the varied menu. This is the kind of place you see on the Cape in the summer months. You order from a window and then sit... More

An old fashioned hot dog stand with outdoor picnic tables and all the fixings you could ask for on the side. The main attraction are the hot dogs in New England split buns, although there are soups and other food choices. I had the split bacon cheese dog, and my husband had the sauerkraut dog. They offer chili dogs and... More

This was a fun little hot dog house. The staff was perky and attentative. There is no seating inside, but there are picnic tables outside. We took ours to go. It is what it is, a hot dog place. We loved the choices and really enjoyed our hot dog.

Lesson learned here. Don't order clam fritters from a hot dog stand. Tried them today and the clams were like rubber and very greasy. Hot dog was up to par however. It appeared they needed some adult supervision in the kitchen as no one looked over 18. This has been a great place for many years...we will give it another... More

This old-timey hot dog stand prepares a wonderful hot dog. You can get them grilled or split and grilled but the split and grilled bacon cheese dog is wonderful--served in a grilled top-split bun with the cheese in the "v" of the bun with the dog on top so that the grated cheese gets softened and melted--it is really a...
