The lobster rolls are incredible, but they also make a great fish sandwich. The lobster salad is also great. The seating outdoors is often full, so be prepared to wait awhile or share with other customers.

I don't want to give this place an average but given the unpleasant experience of stalking tables in the hope that you manage to a seat before the food comes I feel on a stress level alone it deserves an average or less. However once you get a table and your food arrives then all your troubles seem to melt... More

After discovering this place, we went several times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was great, prices were right, and the seating was more than adequate. BOO HOO to those who complained about the BYOB. I didn't see people abusing it and we appreciated being able to bring our own juices and water to have with breakfast as well as... More

We were lucky to learn about this hidden gem through friends....who told us to never tell anyone about it. I now understand the comment...the food is awesome, the view of the harbor is spectacular, the lines are already long (but move fast) and access for the limited free parking is dicey. Who needs more competition? Love the lobster omelets for... More

This is an amazing setting, overlooking the entrance to Sesuit Harbor. My wife had the famous lobster roll, which met expectations and I had the steak and cheese, which came on a nicely buttered Bulkie roll and fries.

One of my favourite things about this place is their seafood stuffing. They have added some sort of a spicy ingredient to it that I don't like so much. I liked the original recipe....still great though, but not quite AS good! The whole process of waiting for a table is quite stressful. There needs to be a sign up or... More

Nothing fancy here just great quality fresh seafood. Very informal dining complete with picnic tables and a friendly BYOB policy. They have an informal raw bar as well as great entrees. Very good swordfish tips and striped bass. Most entrees $17.95.

We tried to go for dinner... But with over a two hour wait we ended up at marshside (see review). We went back today for lunch. The lobster roll was huge! Probably the best I've had on the Cape. Casual atmosphere ... We sat by the water and watched the boats to by. Great place... Go off-peak! (After 1pm)

There are not a lot of places you can literally eat on the water in Cape Cod., This is one of them. Friendly ownership-JC Cucchetti is a really nice guy. Great place for breakfast starting at 7am--great pancakes and breakfast sandwiches. Great lobster rolls for lunch, along with raw bar. Totally casual eating on picnic tables next to Sesuit Harbor... This is the place to get the best lobster rolls in the area. Right on Sesuit harbor. Eat on picnic tables and watch the boats come and go as you eat. Awesome local favorite.
