Drove over from S. Yarmouth to try the lobster roll. Rave reviews from different sources. Well, not sure where others may have had lobster rolls, this certainly wasn't the best. A mix of dry, grainy pre-frozen lobster with fresh mixed in. I would have given a poor review yet the clam chowda was very good as well as my husbands... More

This place is awesome. The best lobster roll under $20. Very casual with outdoor picnic tables and you can bring your own wine...no corkage fee! Great view on the water.

A year ago 5 stars, but have to take one away and if they don't return some tables to the scene, another star will fall. Fantastic, fresh seafood, spectacular view, but now in addition to contending with long lines (and by long I mean waiting over an hour to order), there isn't enough seating. Please do something about this problem!

We try to go here every summer. The food is fabulous. Good portions. Made to order, as well as some bakery items for sale. It's a service window style place and you eat outside on picnic tables w umbrellas. They will deliver the food out to you. This place is right on a harbor w nice views.

Arrive on the Cape and you're challenged to find a great restaurant. Until you find out about this one! Sit outside, lovely setting. Best lobster rolls on the Cape? Family food, local flavours! Bring cash; no credit cards.

This is a Northside informal cafe serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's mainly outdoors on picnic tables with umbrellas, so choose a mild day and bring cash because no credit crads are accepted. Lines may be long but it moves fast since most order the rolls - and they are terrific. Served on a large bun with very little filler.... More

This is a little hole in the wall place right on Sesuit Harbor. Excellent casual atmosphere - you sit at picnic tables. Food is great! Always crowded - Cash only - they don't take plastic!

You have to know a local to know about this place. This is the best lobster roll on the Cape, and all the locals know it. You have to know where it is to find it, because it doesn't look like a restaurant. It looks like a fishing equipment shed for the Sesuit Harbor Master, lobster buoys, nets, oars, gas... More

I have eaten at this establishment several times in recent years, most recently on 10/4/14. It is no-frills - food is served at picnic tables along a channel into a marina. Orders are taken at a counter, and while non-alcoholic beverages are available, it is BYOB. I have never had a bad meal here. The lobster rolls are delicious, served... More

Can be busy and portions have shrunk a bit in 2014, but this outdoor eating experience is still wonderful. We will keep coming back, but this Cafe has now been discovered and seems to be having some difficulty keeping up its routinely excellent service/food quality combination with the newly acquired crowds of tourists.
