Nice treats in a tucked away little cafe that serves good beans anyway you like them. Good to grab and go before you hit the local beaches.

My daughter and I checked this tiny place out for breakfast before the beach today since the Donut Shack ran out of food at 9:30. Really cute place, but it was soo hot we had to go outside to wait for the food. The staff is nice , the Indigo coffee is amazing, and the eggs choices only come scrambled... More

Good Afternoon, Well, we're grateful that you have given us a favorable review, Thank you very much! Our default bread is one that is made with the spent grains or "malt" from the local microbrewery when they have made a big batch of...eh, well...'malt tea.' Most people find it quite flavorful and we sell out of it nearly every day... More

I love stopping into bakeries (as it is my dream to own one someday). This bakery was wonderfully priced with a delightful assortment of treats to entice anyone. Everything we ordered, from bars to cookies were delicious and fresh. This is a quirky little shop with staff that is attentive and charming.

We just happened to drive by after leaving the beach and decided to stop for an iced espresso. The girl at the counter was friendly and the service was prompt. I ordered and iced latte and a few day old muffins. The latte was very good although a teensie bit strong for the wife. The muffins even though "day old"... More

Very cute location, clean and with nice soup/sandwich selections. I ordered a lemon chicken soup that had a very flavorful lemony broth and lots of spinach. It was yummy and light for it being summer. Was slightly disappointed that the chicken was a processed sort and not rotisserie style as it made it a little less than perfect, but was... More

I have to knock the rating down a notch as the place was stinking hot when I visited. If a place is uncomfortably hot it doesn't matter how good the food is. Sorry Underground Bakery. The food is good and there are a decent variety of tasty looking delights. Coffee was pretty decent too. Cafe is quite small and as... More

My husband and i always stop here at least once or twice on our visits to the Cape. They have a variety of delicious baked goods, but we mainly order their delicious biscotti. My favorite is the lemon pistachio, but they have plenty of other flavors such as cranberry orange, fig, almond, and anise. The coffee is also freshly brewed... More

I love this place -- cosy atmosphere, delicious baked stuff, the smoothies & wraps/ sandwiches are made to order, & the coffee is awesome (Underground Mocha Java by Indigo coffee, a local roaster), staff is very friendly, locals come & go all day, and there's free wifi to boot!

I loved having breakfast here! What a charming little spot. If I was a local, I'd be a regular. Nice cosy atmosphere, fresh baked stuff, & the staff is friendly/ welcoming. Our smoothies and Farmhouse wraps were made to order & delicious. There are also healthy sandwich/wrap options for lunch. Grab something to go for a picnic on the beach.... More

Although I've driven by the Underground Bakery many, many times, I never noticed it. I found it when searching the web for vegan breakfasts on the Cape. It's tucked behind some other buildings right on 6A and is a cute little spot. There was only one vegan muffin option the morning I went, but it was delicious -- it was... More
