We went to the New Bridge after a Red Sox game. Had great pork tips, steak tips, sausage, and pasta between 3 of us. Excellent food. Our server, Maureen, was professional, friendly, and prompt. We wish the half sized portions that are available during the week were available on weekends too.

If you're a New Englander and move to the South, like I did, you will miss certain foods. Marinated steak tips are on that list. This place cooks them fabulously. Huge portions, great service, old school atmosphere.

Hand down some of the best steak tips I've tried, which are served with a generous side of huge potato wedges. Despite the great food, I will never set foot in the place unless the service has a major overhaul. I was there with a group for a work dinner, and we asked if that was OK at the time... More

This restaurant is great location place to grab a bite to eat. Their antipasto and homemade salad dressing is to die for. For the size descriptions they actually give you quite a bit. Their pork, turkey and steak tips are great. I would definitely recommend this place if in the area. Only downside is it's cash only!

I went here on Saturday and I will NEVER GO BACK. The Waitress service was ATROCIOUS, I had to flag down my waitress a million time - to get water, to get plates, and to order drinks. Was disappointed they didn't have half orders of BBQ on the weekends and we all had to order a full order, and to... More

Sat at the bar on a Friday night and a female bartender with curly black hair comes over and never looks me in the eye, asks me what I want to drink. I say "hi how are you" (because I am a polite and respectful person), but she has no response. Whatever. The entire experience from start to finish sucked... More

Love their grilled items, the potato wedges are enormous (you'll need two people to finish them), the small antipasto will feed the whole table, the rice is great, and bread while you're waiting. Cons: they don't take plastic and the prices have climbed a bit since new ownership. All in all it's a great spot to eat.

I was there 2 years ago and I decided not to go back! the food was good but the service was very bad. Also the drink can't refill! come on Chelsea restaurant and New Bridge Cafe isn't 4 stars restaurant either. I think the waitress on my last dinner "not too friendly" because I'm not a white face huh!!!

The New Bridge Cafe is the best casual restaurant in the Boston area as far as we are concerned. Food is great and service is speedy. Pub type atmosphere and you can "come as you are" - jeans, shorts etc. the steak tips are grilled to perfection with the house marinade BBQ sauce and the house salad compliments it perfectly... More

Honesty is a meal - good food delivered as promised - absolutely no reason to say anything but thank you and eat at New Bridge Cafe again
