My friend, who lives an hour away, insists on coming to Chelmsford to eat at Amici Trattoria because the food is that good. She also orders takeout so that she can enjoy the food during the week. We have NEVER had a bad experience here, and I've been going here for many years. The food is better than the food... More

This used to be a pleasant family restaurant. We would go with the family at least once a month. Not sure what happened but it seems everything from the quality of the food to the service is now just horrible. Let's start with take out.. We did take out a few times to give it another chance,,( not anymore) and... More

I discovered this place about three months ago. It looks like a pizza joint but it is a sitdown restaurant as well as take out. The Italian food, I mean the entire menu, fantastic!! And now the rest of the story... The pizza is to die for! Since the restaurant food is so good we decided to try the pizza... More

We stopped in for pre race pasta. It seems to be a popular family take out place. One receives a large amount of food. The food is good and served our purpose. We had a nice caesar salad, rolls and pasta. I had a shrimp pasta meal. I got 8 large shrimp and plenty of pasta. My friend had haddock marinara. We were both pleased... More

We have been to Amici's many times for take-out. The food is generally good. The chicken parm dinner is my favorite. The pizza and baked penne is also good. The personality of the staff is so bad that I can't give more than a 3! On a busy Saturday night, the woman behind the counter was clearly inconvenienced by both... More

Try the sausage cacciatore it is to die for! 10 stars if I could. Order your food at the counter then a server brings all to you. They have beer and wine too. And the prices are very good while the quality of the food is "OFF THE HOOK"!!

No ambiance - very limited seating - but I went for the food NOT the surroundings! Have used them for a catered party and the food was outstanding - so I went to eat more of their cuisine. Good Italian, plenty- take home bonus -

I was looking for a place in a central location to meet up with people and Chelmsford fit the bill. I chose Amici Trattoria and it worked out just great. Wide variety on the menu but those of us that ordered the Italian dishes were happiest. Waitress was great - very flexible as we pulled tables together and ordered up.... More

If you love Italian Food, then this little hole in the wall is a great place for you. It's a hidden gem, by the purest meaning of the word. The small unassuming place, located in a little plaza, with other little places, stuck in the corner. You would never notice it if you drove by it. It's the type of... More

I've eaten there a few times and the food is not only really good, but affordable - and they give you a lot of it. It's a great place. I've tried a few of their subs, all good. Their Greek salad was so big that it literally fed me for two whole days! :) Great place!
