Great Tapas & great atmosphere

10 of from work went for dinner. Everything was great; we went tapas style and ordered lots of everything to share. Short rib, tuna and Cauliflower dishes where particularly memorable. A quick drink at the bar afterwards revealed a good array of Whiskey as well.

The restaurant says that it is eclectic, and it is. The decor is a very upscale bar and restaurant, but it is a very quiet, subdued place. The food was excellent, the service was great. I gave it 4 stars because while the food was extremely good, there was too much salad dres

The decor is lovely and the service has always been great! We have been there a lot and always enjoy our visit. My husband has loved every meal and drink he's ever had there. I have enjoyed most, but occasionally am not thrilled about the various menu items (I tend to try something new each time and they have a... More

Tamar, Thank you so much for your great review and support of our restaurant. We welcome more specific feedback on any item that ever falls short of expectations. (Management should always visit the table and comment cards should always be made available, fyi) Maintaining excellence on all items, all the time on such a big menu "takes a village" as... More

We had a lunch and a dinner at Moonstones last week. Lunch was with our daughter, and we ate well - along with a really nice glass of wine for me. We were very comfortable, and the service was excellent. Dinner the next night was with our 14 year-old grandson, who has an excellent palate. He loved the duck sliders... More

We stopped on Moonstones on a whimafter seeing a sign for the plce on Rt 495. We were very glad that we did when we found a nice place to grab a quick bite and drink on out way to Nashua. We chose to sit outside on the couches, and although the view wasn't optimal, the seating was very comfortable.... More

This Restaurant has a great atmosphere and a nice hostess. However, everything else is below par. The service was slow, unfriendly and disorganized. The food was very good but not exceptional and it was overpriced for what you get. Pass this one up.

Choose Moonstones for a special occasion and was mildly disappointed. First I would describe the place as more of a tapas bar and good for drinks and smaller plates. We went for dinner and were underwhelmed with consistency of the food. We had steak and chicken for entrees. The steak was excellent, the chicken just average. The desserts were not... More

I was here for a mother's day brunch and was very impressed by the place, food and service. Love it and want to go back with my family.

As I said, it is a bit pricey but the menu is interesting, the food preparation and presentation is very good and the table service is professional. You have to try the homemade potato chips. I particularly like the ability to eat tapas or a complete menu. I will and have return.

This is our go to place for date night -really enjoyable. Lots of favorites in the menu, but we mostly opt to share tapas - tuna tataki, patatas bravas, beef carpaccio, beets, mushrooms - all very good. Desserts are rich and worth sharing. Great cocktail with an emphasis on latin american favorites. Wine options go beyond the usual whites and... More
