We drove past the Queen Anne Inn and saw the menu stand, that looked okay and then we checked here and saw good reviews. Vivienne, our server was just lovely, and the food was excellent. I had a beet/arugula/goat chews salad to start that was fabulous. My husband had the crab cakes which were loaded with crab. I had swordfish... More

It's not on Main Street, but it's one of the best places for dinner in Chatham, seek it out. The restaurant is charming, the service impeccable and the food is awesome. We had dinner there and enjoyed every bite. I had the tuna appetizer and the tortellini with wild mushrooms, roasted cherry tomatoes and truffle butter. My husband had the tempura... More

Very simply, The Eldredge Room at the historic Queen Anne Inn is the best restaurant in Chatham. Small, it harkens back to colonial days with its beamed ceilings, candlelight, and lovely white table cloths. This place is at the Queen Anne Inn B&B. We ate breakfast here every day during our stay at the Queen Anne Inn and dinner as well. The food is fantastic, you won't find any better service anywhere in Chatham, or on the Cape in our opinion. These folks are simply wonderful and second to none.

Breakfast was a cut above the standard fare. Servers always around with coffee. Nice atmosphere. Wallpaper, pine floors just what you would expect.

We stayed at The Queen Anne Inn for two nights and ate here both nights. Admittedly this was during hurricane Irene and we were not overjoyed at the idea of venturing out, but the warm and cosy atmosphere of the whole venue, the excellent food sent out by the chef, and the incredibly warm service provided by all the staff...
