Expect good food, a fun atmosphere, and a line at this neat restaurant. Go earlier for less of a line. Sit outside and enjoy watching the traffic and people go by. Plannning on going to a Chatham A's game? Make plans for an early dinner here.

The hamburgers are out of this world! The menu is concise as is the interior space. The best place to sit is on the outside patio on warm summer days. A great lunch or light dinner spot in Chatham.

I go here a lot after looking for sharks down at lighthouse beach in the summer. The food is good, though the service isn't great. When I went there last we had been seated for about ten minutes when the waiter came over and said we had to get up because there was someone in line ahead of us. We... More

My husband was happy that they had his favorite soup so there was no question that we'd eat here. Comfortable atmosphere with good bar type food and drinks. Oh, did I mention there is a popcorn machine which is great not only while you're waiting for a table but while deciding what to order. The server was very prompt and... More

Our innkeeper said this place had the best burgers in Chatham. That is doubtful based on our experience. I would give mine three and a half stars. My wife would rate hers far lower. The fries were excellent though. It is a small place with some outside seating available as well. The bar takes up about half the restaurant and... More

We visited this small bar/restaurant based on a recommendation from a B&B owner in town. It was voted as being the best burger on the Cape. The burger was just average, nothing special, but the fries were great. We requested they be extra crispy and they were. It's a fine place for a quick bite but nothing to rave about.

We stopped here for lunch after buying a 'Cape Cod daily deal' that allowed us $20 worth of food for just $10. The menu is SMALL...and sometimes a small menu is a good thing, but in this case i dont think it was....i struggled finding something. The dinner menu is a bit larger, but the lunch menu i thought was... More

we stopped in for a quick bite after the movies last week. it was our 1st time at the red nun. three of us had the "build your own burger," wonderful, served on and english-muffin type of bun, so you don't get overwhelmed with bread. the fish taco were also a hit. good selection of wine and draft beers. a... We went here for dinner before checking out the baseboll game on the field just behind the restaurant. It was crowded, but we had a beer on the porch and only had to wait for about 20 min for a table. I had the fish tacos and it was good, but the salsa could have been spicier. My husband had... More

We had lunch at the Red Nun on a Saturday. Fortunately it was nice and we could sit outside because the inside smells like a bar - stale beer, damp wood, etc. There are plastic tables on the patio and they are fine. You can watch cars drive down the street - that's about the extent of the view. Our... More
