Chowder was great. But the fish tacos hmmmmm... fried fish coke slaw and MARINERA sauce. Just odd. Odd flavors didnt really go together. Other food that came out looked good though.

One might easily walk right by Captain's Table without noticing it. It is modestly situated on Main Street Chatham with a few outdoor tables on a deck, plus an indoors that is right out of the '50's. Laid back yes, but the food is a wow. We mostly zeroed in on the blackened blue fish which came out spicy and... More

Once you stepped in, you feel as if you have been transported back to the 80's or even 70's with their old tables and chairs. The food was promptly served , a reasonable priced place to have a quick lunch should be your expectation level. The lobster melt sandwich was not up to my expectation , so don't order that.

Stopped here after a long bike ride to relax and grab a bite. Sat out on the little umbrellaed patio. The service was good and fast; the menu was nothing special - usual burgers, salads, fried seafood; and the food was okay. Not bad, not great, just average.

Excellent breakfast place in downtown. We had the pancakes, omelet and eggs Benedict and they were all great. We showed almost at the end of breakfast and they sat us quickly and still served as breakfast, will definitely go back.

What a disappointment. First the drinks were horrible - the food was at the most below average. The atmosphere was not that of. Mediocre and the server was rude. Don't waste your money.

Lunch with extended family. Nothing to rave about here. Food was overpriced and very average. Service was slow and not good. One order was completely wrong, sandwiches and lobster rolls were small and came with tiny bag of chips.

I went with a group of people for lunch and there was plenty of room so we got a table fast with no reservation, however the service was pretty slow: we were ready to order and the waitresses (there were at least three) were laying empty tables, and other things and even though at one point there was eye contact... My husband had to send back his lobster bisque because it was outrageously salty, then his buffalo wings because the sauce was pretty much just ketchup, then he sent back his burger because it was practically still mooing!! Will never go back or recommend to anyone. Thank goodness Chef Ramsey won't ever step foot in here!

I had dinner here while visiting Chatham. We went early as it was the weekend and got a table easily. There is a pretty patio to sit outside and eat. Very nice friendly waitress. The specials were good value and delicious. The desserts were delicious. Very reasonable as restaurants nearby are pricier. I recommend it.
