A dear friend of mine took me here one day for lunch and I can't NOT stop there when in Chatham. The dining room is quaint, but I love to sit at the bar. I've not had a bad meal here ever...from the lobster rolls with a Bloody Mary to the seafood fra diavlo with a nice bottle of wine,... More

I had a wonderful swordfish and everyone at our table really enjoyed their dinners. The waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. The place is not very big, so plan on getting there early. We had a table in the middle of the dining room and I felt like I was in the wait staff's way as they were walking by,... More

We always come here on each visit to Chatham. This year we almost skipped and we were so glad we didn't! Dinner was so great- we ate until we couldn't eat anymore!

This is now third special trip to Chatham with opportunity to make time for this truly special restaurant. Left work early on a Friday to beat traffic to the cape from Boston and arrive in time for 7:00pm reservation. As soon as you walk in you have the feeling of home. Absolutely most charming bar, and cozy tables make guests... More

Shared a lovely meal there. Fantastic food, especially the seafood. Gourmet cooking in taste and presentation.

Sat at the bar with my girlfriends because we didn't make reservations and had tons of fun with the locals. Food and wine was delicious - great seafood served in original ways. So glad we listened to the recommendations

My wife and I spent a few days at the Cape recently and had dinner at this wonderful restaurant. We heard that reservations were hard to come by but the B & B where we were staying accommodated us by calling and getting us a reservation. Even though it is noted for its fine seafood entrées my wife and I... More

So good, lobster and name sake oysters. Wonderful atmosphere, Great waiter, Dessert, oh my yes, No espresso!!! wait, what, how can that be?? Just local quirky I guess. But why, besides not being able to, that I didn not give them 6 stars.

We've been coming here for a dozen years and this was the best meal yet. I had a fantastic meal of fresh fish (halibut) beautifully prepared. The atmosphere is more casual for such fine dining. Can't wait to return.

Superb food with friendly service. The place is always packed!! You need to book before you arrive in Chatham to avoid disappointment. We only managed to get one dinner out of 3 nights. But as when we visited 5 -6 year before you cannot fault the food.We would recommend the Oyster to all who love excellent cuisine.
