Didn't have a reservation but was worth the half hour wait (browsed nearby gallery but that's another review). Server was friendly and made good recommendations. The chowder was excellent, full of clams. The cioppino was chock full of seafood although the mussels were on the smallish size. The fish with lemon-garlic-caper sauce was a hit. The key lime pie was... More

What more do you need on a Sunday afternoon? This place is an absolute gem. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious.

I don't understand the popularity of this restaurant. Long waits, mediocre to bad food, and an unaccommodating kitchen. All our dishes had problems. Lobster ravioli with pieces of shell, under-cooked fish, bad taste. Maybe if you are here off-season it makes sense to go for the atmosphere and have a drink

I am here on vacation and thought this was a good place My meal came out ice cold. They reheated it after I watched my fiancée eat for 10 minutes. Then the fish was dry. Manager comes and tells me that they have been in business for a million years and he will not adjust the check. Very rude. Stay... More

Something of an "institution." We went for lunch on a weekday. Service not overly friendly or rude. Food ok. Speed of service ok.

We had a selection of menu choices and shared them among us four on vacation. Mussels, salad, fish and even a burger. Burger-nothing special. Rest was above average. Place was completely packed during lunch. Service was okay, they were busy.

Had lunch in the main dining room overlooking the busy Main Street for people watching on a grey and overcast day HUGE lobster roll which she declared as one of the best on the Cape! My meal was quite good, but the huge room we were in was not broken up in any way so it felt much like a... More

I'm sorry but I need to share- you all know that every review I've written looks to show the positives- never dwelling on the negative. Having said that..... We bellied up to the bar. A slow and open bar, 4 of us, ready to unwind and take in the local fare. (I should mention that we've been here before) with... More

We stopped by on Friday night, got really lucky and got a seat at the packed "bar" side of the restaurant. Quite a mix of tourists and locals. Very social atmosphere and everybody is happy. The bartenders were so busy that they were waiting on others while we asked a question and then walked away before we even finished the... More
