Lobster Rolls

This was probably one of the best lobster rolls I've ever had in my life, if it weren't for the bread. It felt like an afterthought and was very overwhelming.

Local here. This is one of two places I go to ocassionally for fried seafood (kream & kone on 28 is the other) when my cholesterol level is low. Great fried scallop roll to enjoy on one of the few picnic tables. Go to the upper deck at the pier around 3ish to the watch the commercial fishing boats unload... More

Steamed lobsters, clam chowder, fresh fish and everything to go with it. Order your meal in advance and wander over to the pier to watch the boats unload their catch, great views of the harbor. All of the food is fresh, their fried selections are properly cooked and not greasy. When we were there we watched someone carving up a... More

The fish pier is a Chatham classic. You can watch the fishing boats come in (early afternoon) and unload their catches. You can purchase fresh seafood and takeout fried seafood. Be prepared for lots of people, not enough parking, and long lines of people waiting. The fried seafood is generally quite good. The portions are large. The bill is large,... More

Stopped in on a cloudy Sunday (did not know the fisherman would be working) while exploring Chatham. Parking could be a nightmare but patience paid off. There are nicely kept public restrooms and a nice upper deck viewing area to accommodate tourists at, what is basically, a working fishing pier. There are volunteers on the deck to answer questions about... More

I just think it's important to note that this is literally just a takeaway place with a couple picnic tables. The food is great, but we came on a hot day after a lot of hiking and with a one year old in tow. We really wanted a beer so it was a bit of a disappointment, it was also... More

An order of seafood is 8oz surrounded by a pound of fries. Seafood was fresh but the breading fell off as everything was pretty much thrown into a box. Chowder was excellent. There is no place to sit, the lines are long, choices limited and the counter staff is cranky. Also even by cape standards the prices are high for... More

Decocraft: welcome to the world of sweet fresh lobster! At 19.95, that lobster roll for 2 was a bargain. And the claw meat is the sweetest part of the lobster; the tail is much chewier.

Best clam chowder on the cape! We've tried clam chowder every day and the Chatham Pier Fish Market is by far the best! Pick it up hot, take it back to your hotel room and enjoy!

Chatham Pier Fish Market is a great takeout place right on the pier. We both had fried clams and they were excellent. We also enjoyed watching the fisherman come in with their catch next door while we waited on our food.
