We wanted to sit inside and discovered just a few booths and tables, but were seated immediately with a plate of fresh popcorn. The menu is limited, but has all the essentials. We went back a second time and sampled Turkey tips (excellent), BBQ Ribs (very good), Texas Chili (very good) and a garden salad (very well done). We loved... More

okay food, but prices on the rise and service was okay. large portions and plates were attractive looking, noise level very high.

We visit the Halfway every couple of months. This restaurant is a pub with lots of TV's playing sports, reasonable variety of draft beer, FREE popcorn and pub food. I rate it a 4 out of 5 using that criteria. The food is reasonably priced, lots of it and the atmosphere is fun. You can have a meal and a... More

We've been going to Halfway Cafe for years now for our Friday out-of-office lunches. In that past year I'm not sure if the management changed or just the chefs but the food is A LOT better than used to be. Lots of options that are surprisingly unique for a basic restaurant. Service is pretty good, again much better than it... More

I've been here 3 or 4 times in the past couple of years. I've been able to order some healthier options on the menu like the stir fry. They serve popcorn while you are waiting. Typical pub atmosphere, nice staff. We will definitely go back.

Although there are mixed reviews for this local little pub, The food and service was adequate. Be aware it gets a bit loud as its a pub and most patrons are there to watch a game or meet up with friends. The Canton site appears to have remodeled as there are more tables and lots and lots of flat screen... More

The service was outstanding and they make you feel incredibly welcome. The food was also delicious. They had a local guitarist perform towards the end of our meal and it got too loud so we left. Otherwise, overall, a great place.

Halfway is a pretty simple but reliable place for a quick bite. Food is not for a fancy place and not I place I would go out of my way for. It is a place to grab a bite while out shopping. The beer is cold and the popcorn tastes good.

We used to enjoy a great meal with wonderful service. Now it's terrible only saw our waiter to take our order, never got our appetizer. I decided to get an alcoholic drink doesn't happen often being a Mom so when it does you wanna enjoy couldn't even drink it. That's all fine but the reason i would NEVER EVER go... More

We went in for the 1st time recently. As I stepped into the place, the floor gave way at the front door threshold and it sagged down as I stepped on it. Should have been a real signal to turn around and walk out. The place needs serious work - lots of chipped booths and a bad paint job. Ladies... More
