I was very happy to find this cafe/deli. I try to avoid chains especially when I am on the cape and this place seems to be the perfect replacement! They serve alcohol, have an expansive breakfast and lunch menu and offer tea and coffee. Today we made our own sandwiches and they were exact what we were looking for!

I am a local- have only been to Caroline's a couple of times. However, both times were a great experience. Food is divine- quality home cooking recipes and big portions. Hands down, best bacon egg and cheese sandwich around. The coffee blend is also delicious. Definitely not a place to go if you're in any sort of rush. Perfect to... More

This cafe was the greatest find in the area. We are now year round residents of Florida but used to live and work in the Buzzards Bay area. We rented a house in Onset, MA, and our friend took us to lunch at Sweet Caroline's Cafe before leaving the area. The food was the best Italian food that we have... More

Come for the Food get over anything else that may not be perfect. It's a tiny place only 14 seats for breakfast but the food that comes out of the kitchen is made to order so it's not super fast. But when it gets to your table you will be very happy! Our waitress was very sweet and answered all... More

The food is always good. However don't be in a rush. The main waiter is all over the place. They need to work on service.

My family and I were escaping the early morning Cape Cod exodus and stopped here for breakfast by chance--it turned out to be one of my favorite meals anywhere! Tiny space in an old home but made expansive by the wonderful waitstaff of family members who sang the praises of Nona's homecooking, with good reason. Unbelievably delicious polenta, homemade Italian... More

You need to try this place. Small, friendly service, Great Food served by a caring staff. It may take a little time to get your food, but it is really worth the wait. The Home fries alone are worth the 20 mile trip from our summer home. Wish they could open a place here in Los Angeles!

The atmosphere is cute and inviting, the servers friendly. I would return for dessert (looked very good but did not try) and coffee or tea and maybe even try breakfast but definitely not for lunch.

The place is small and crouded, the floors were duty and the service was terrible. We sat at the counter and were never agknowledged, the guy behind the counter never made eye contact with us and he wipped the sweat off his forhead and didn't wash his hands. Two people from two different tables got up and came to the... More
