Waitress had no clue. Food was mediocre.... My wife ordered a 1/2 salad with her meal. I ordered a salad but did not say I wanted a 1/2 salad but that is what she gave me anyway. Entrees were delivered by the manager and we still had our salads. My wife ordered the Atlantic Salmon. When it arrived, she commented... More

Haven't been to the restaurant in a long time. On this past visit, the food was very good. Always fond of the bread and bread sticks before dinner, and the spicy dipping sauce. The menu is not extensive, but you should be able to find at least one or two things to make you happy. The service, at least on... More

I have been to Papa Razzi many times and have been satisfied but not overly impressed. I meet my friends there because the location is very convenient for all of us. Last night we met again for another night out. Several of us were disappointed in the salad and pasta dish that we received. One person loved her risotto. I... More

Four of us went to celebrate with an evening meal and three of us had an awful meal. My veal was burnt on the bottom...so badly that I couldn't eat it. The sauce on the gnocci tasted like it came out of a can labeled Campbell's and the greens on another dish were rubbery and couldn't be eaten. We complained... More

I am not a big fan of "chain" restaurants but our recent meal at Pappa Razzi in Burlington was fantastic. The staff was cheerfull and accomofating. The food was well prepared and served on time. the bread and foccia was to die for! The wait staff went overboard to help with some special needs. i highly recommend this spot and... More

Our four family members went for dinner. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the food and the service are good. Some of the items can be pricey and the waitstaff try hard to "up-sell" you on the food and beverages. No cannoli for dessert...why put a $3.50 item on the menu when you can charge $8.00 for desserts? If you're looking... More

The hotel suggested that I go here and they were spot on. The very friendly bar staff knew the menu and made great suggestions. The veal parmesan was perfect prepared with very fresh pasta. The entree was so very hot that I could not eat it at first. Everyone likes well prepared food served hot and this was a great... More

I used to like Papa Razzi but they have gone down hill over time. The menu is old fashioned and stale. On our recent visit, my crusty skin sea bass was not crusty at all. My wife's potatoes and broccoli rabe were not cooked enough. Her veal was only okay and over cooked. The waiter never asked us if we... More

Papa Razzi dining combines the best of traditional Italian recipes with fresh, local ingredients. I had never been to this chain before - but it was well worth the trip and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. We were at a large business dinner and had several appetizers ranging from beef carpaccio - black angus eye round, grana padano, capers, whole... More

Pappa Razzi has a fantastic atmosphere and a very friendly staff. The drinks are a little over-priced but the food is well worth the slightly expensive proce tag. I had the filleto and it was amazing. Cooked to perfection!
