What does creative casual cuisine mean? Exactly what it says. We"re creative, because we reject the same-old-same-old in favor of tastes that are interesting and unique. We're casual because while our food may be worth getting dressed up for, we invite you to come as you are. We're all about cuisine in the sense that our chefs apply high standards of culinary art. There it is. Creative. Casual. Cuisine. If it sounds like your kind of place, then you – like us- are not your average Joe.

A reliable restaurant for couples and families

Good variety on the menu, including food for kids. We've been there several times with kids and grandkids, and everyone was happy. Reasonably priced -- not cheap, but good value for the money. Above average waitstaff. Often a waiting line, especially on weekends. Call for reservations... read more

I went to Not Your Average Joe's for the first time in a long time and it was so good. I had not had the tomato basil soup for a long time as I had switched to the clam chowder but it was as delicious as ever. I would rate it better than the clam chowder. For dinner, I had... More

We were a party of 8 and came her to celebrate Mother's Day. The place was very busy but our waitstaff person didn't miss a beat. The entire staff was very accommodating as my mom is in a wheelchair. We were a little skeptical that our meals would be good given the size of our party and how busy the... More

We have been to Not Your Average Joe's to eat inside as well as for take-out. We have been happy with both. Their bread with dipping oil is amazing and included with take-out orders! The mustard crusted chicken is always a favorite. We have also had some of their fish dishes and they were good too!

The food here is standard fare, with just a slightly different (but good) spin on it. The only thing I did not like was I was always

The clam chowder was good but their pesto chicken and pasta dish that is April's special was not good at all. Chicken was very dry while the pasta was swimming in oil. Too heavy. I felt the oil in my stomach hours later, yikes!

The food was good. This is a great spot if you need varied tastes met including kids and adults that would like more than just pizza type fare. What stands out about this restaurant is the service and staff. Both were very accommodating and welcoming.

We were in the Burlington area and decided to stop here for lunch. It was busy, but the hostess was very accomodating and pleasant. There are a lot of office parks in this area and they all flock to the local restaurants. The server was very pleasant and the food was nicely prepared. My only criticism is the fact that... More

Sunday lunch. Food and service were good but not really better than average. Meals are a little pricey. Free refills on soft drinks is a plus. Noise level was good compared to most restaurants in the Boston Northeast area - we could actually converse without having to shout. Interesting décor.

Chicken Caesar salad came without croutons but with curled up pieces of cold dried pizza and a small amount of dressing. Waitstaff was very pleasant and accommodating but it was just an average lunch. I probably would not stop there again.
