Kate's Seafood serves the usual fried seafood and grilled items. Their chowdah is pretty good and goes great with their clam balls. They also serve a wide selection of ice cream. During meal times the parking lot is always full. They're also located a short way from Paine's Creek Beach

The reviews for this location suggested we needed to purchase ice cream at this location. At best, the ice cream was mediocre. Other locations on the Cape are much better for ice cream. The staff was very good however. They were helpful and courteous.

Good place for window pickup of fried fish. I had a lobsta roll pilled high, and tender. I just wished it had taste, and it was dry. So for a lobsta it was disappointing. My better half had chowda that was too thick for her taste, but most love really thick chowda. She also had a fried fish sandwich and... More

Eat here when we arrive at the cape and when we leave, out casual bathing suit meal. Throw your beer in a cooler and line up and order your dinner. Lobster roll, clams it is was it is. Good stuff, obviously it's a casual meal. Lines are never bad and you can go down to payne's creek beach for sunset!

Second year going here. Last year was average, this year poor. Clam fritters were a joke, one clam per fritter, some had no clams. Coleslaw was spoiled, Fries were unseasoned. Fried clam strips were good, lobster roll was massive and very good, but for $20 it wasn't the best I've had. It's walking distance from our house but we won't... More

We have gone to Kate's many times during summers on the Cape. We got clam strips, calamari, onion rings and the Captain's burger. All of them were very good. Customer service is good.

I live locally and go to Kate's only because the little ones seem to like the experience. Each and every time I go, I get an ice-cream (I've never eaten dinner here), hoping this time it will be better. This past visit my nephew and I chose a chocolate, brownie, marshmallow frozen yogurt. First of all, neither one of us... More

I live locally and was in the area and ready for lunch. I stopped and ordered a Scallop Roll. Price was high so I figured (in error) it was something special. Order was to go and several miles down the road I found my spot to enjoy lunch with a view. Opened the bag and found an untoasted hot dog... More

This is our favorite place on the Cape! We love their seafood, lobster bisque and of course their giant ice cream cones! A family tradition for sure!
