Starvin Marlin is a nice, family-friendly, casual restaurant where you can eat good food without breaking the bank. Recently, they made some changes to their menu. They now have added a number of barbecue dishes, e.g., pulled pork, ribs, brisket, et al. Sadly, they have also removed a couple of duck dishes which were one of the main reasons I... More

My wife and I have eaten here previously, although some of our friends do not enjoy this restaurant. We find it has pleasant service and pretty darn good food; however, some of the entrees have hefty price tags. My wife has enjoyed the fish taco which is quite large and most recently the lamb sliders. I have had the ribs... More

We have been driving by and decided to stop in for a night cap on a Sat night. Nice place friendly staff and decided to stop in for a bite too eat on Monday. Actually on Sat we talked to a couple from Boston who said the Pork Sliders were the best they had. So..... Tonight (Monday) my wife had... More

Service was good. Food was well prepared. Menu has a good variety and includes seafood (why not on the Cape).

While many Cape Cod Restaurants close the doors & shutter the windows for the winter, Steve Marlin @ The Starvin' Marlin serves up hot and delicious meals 7 days a week to locals that know a good thing when they've found it. The appetizer menu alone is enough to call dinner, not to mention the very reasonably priced Raw Bar... More

We saw the restaurant along the side of the road while driving by and returned for dinner that night. Started with some of the sweetest, freshest raw oysters ever. He had perfect roast salmon, I had perfect Cioppino. The atmosphere was festive and service attentive and cheerful. Would recommend it for couples, families, and groups of friends.

Great dinner here tonight. Brewster's Best Kept secret? Several restaurants have been in this location and none ever really succeeded for one reason or another. I have to say the quality of the food we had tonight was more than I expected and convinced me to come do a review because I want this gem to stay in business!! The... More

We dropped by with the hope of getting some much anticipated fish and chips on the Cape, however we were sadly disappointed with both the taste and texture of the "local" fish served. The oysters in the first course however, were lovely & the saving grace of what was otherwise an unremarkable meal.

Arrived on a Friday evening and chose to eat dinner at the bar with golfing buddy. It had to be the first day of work for he bartender. Unsure of nearly every question we asked about the menu, she was constantly saying "let me check for you", walking to the kitchen and returning. I finally settled on the surf n... More
