Noisy, great service, views of the bay and the best lobster salad and cole slaw. Super casual but they honor reservations and we were able to bypass the crowds at the door.. Nothing for vegans but baked potato for my poor husband. Really enjoyed it even though the noise level was high!

We have eaten here many, many times. We have always loved everything, except the service which can be spotty. The setting on the water is breathtaking. The lobster salad is fantastic, although now it's half the size for the same price. The sword fish, which has been the best, was dry and overcooked. The clam chowdah was cold and filled... More

This is a great stop to eat and watch the boats. A little hard to find but it is located in Kingman Marina. Chowder is excellent! All their lunch specials are great like: swordfish tips, scallops, or lobster salad. The porch is lively and breezy, lots of families, too.

Fantastic chowder and unbeatable lobster salad. If you love lobster, more lobster and nothing but lobster, get the lobster salad sandwich. Chowder is second to none. Only downside is noise level. Place can be loud and very busy, but I believe that is how they like it. Don't come here for a quiet night alone. Come if you want to... More

We always plan to visit The Chart Room for the lobster sandwich served on Portuguese sweet bread or the tomato stuffed with lobster salad. You can sit outside if they are busy and have a drink, and watch the busy harbor. The restaurant gets a bit noisy and crowded in the summer, but everyone is having a great time. People... More

I cannot believe the amount of screaming impolite kids and parents I just witnessed at the Chart Room. The noise level on the porch was outrageous. A Sunday night, so why aren't these parents and kids home? We could not wait to get out of there...and we are regulars.

Old classic Cape Cod dining. Small portions, high prices. Prompt service and usually noisy. Go there for their drinks, Mudslides and Rum Punch great, but again no deal on price. It's all about the sunset view outside in an Adirondack chair.

Although the food is ok it's a little pricey for what you get, what you do get are the best mudslides and incredable views of the harbor. I recommend a must visit at least a few times a season for mudslides and a sunset

Great Steak and Seafood... had the surf and turf... and an appetizer... serve drinks outside while you watch the sunset right on the ocean's edge next to a marina... locals were very friendly. Will definitely be back next time in the area!!
