Good food. Great people. Highly recommended if you live or are visiting the area. We have been there multiple times since moving to the area and have never been disappointed.

Dinner after work; the men ordered fried calamari, wings and the pretzel appetizer. The pretzel appetizer was great as were the calamari - especially as they had deep fried jalapenos in the calamari dish - we were fighting over them they were so good. I think the preferred beverage of the evening was a Black Velvet (Guinness on top; Stella... More

They are pricey and the food portions are small and the quality is not what it used to be. The service is good. The atmosphere can be loud at times

All of our family like it there. Something for everyone. I like the chicken pot pie and my husband likes the salmon. Super apple crisp.. Lots of apples. One of our go to places.

There is a lounge on one side and restaurant on the other. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good. I had the onion soup (very good) and Caesar salad with steak tips (which were very tasty). My wife had the salmon sandwich, which was excellent. We go here occasionally and are never disappointed.

People of all ages eat here. I saw babies and grandparents and couples and families, all in a comfortable atmosphere. And the food is good too. There is a nice variety on the menu. We were visiting the area and liked it so much on the first night that we recommended a larger group of us eat there the second... More

Every summer they have a double lobster roll special for the price of one. Excellent and full of lobster with no fillers and very light on the mayo. Worth every penny.

We have lunch or dinner at The Emerald Rose every few months and find it clean, friendly and accommodating. The food is hot and fresh with daily specials like prime rib or haddock are very good. The basic burgers and sandwich menu is very good as well. There's a nice cove red deck with several tables for outdoor eating during... More

I haven't dined at the Emerald Rose in a few years and decided to give it a try one afternoon. The new(er) menu has some great options if you're just looking to share apps or would like to fill up on a complete meal. We ordered the Poutine Steak Fries as an app and the gravy was absolutely delicious! I... More

I am from out of town and my old friend told me to meet him here. While waiting, a young man named Kevin K for the next county/town gave me his life story of Boston hockey, scotch and cigars....
